I got a damaged hood and they replaced it in very fast and excellent customer service. I 'm retired and my wife and I love to cook.So the remodel required top line cooking the zline hood was the perfect choice for us! We bought a 6 hi-heat bunner commercial confectionrange/oven the 760 cfm is the right choice and well a picture is better than words just look.

I chose the copper to go over my white stove. Blends beautifully with the brick background. Works as well as it t looks! I am VERY pleased!

Not too noisy, works well, and looks nice. I vented it to the wall to the left of the range (where there was a hole from the exhaust fan that was there), so I had to use three 90-degree elbows and about 100 inches total of duct. It still works fine. So nice to have after 26 years in this house without one. No more sticky kitchen. And with the good lighting, now I can really see what I'm doing. Oh, and the service was excellent: I think I received it in 2 days.

Received sooner than expected. Installation instructions were comprehensive, took less than an hour. I recommend getting the crown for the top if the chimney. It gives a really nice finished look. Had some of the grills that were damaged in shipment (2 of 4 in the 48” hood). I called Z-Line and had the grills a few days later without any hassle. I would definitely recommend Z-Line and the Range Hood Store as a great companies to do business with!!

I just purchased the walnut 42" hood and it looks amazing. It installed within an hour complete with electrical and venting. It was the perfect addition to our summer kitchen. Not only does it look great, it is quiet and the lights are perfect for added light over the grill. I am looking forward to using it this summer.

We ordered our ZLINE island range hood online. Website is very user friendly with accurate pictures of the product! Fast shipping with excellent packaging. All parts neatly packed. Love the functions of the hood, bright LED lights. Perfect addition to our log cabin!!

I am a contractor and have put in two of these in the past month. Everything is good about it. Noise, installation, quality, shipping. The optional chimney sizes and the crown put it over the top. The only thing i did not like about it is that the lights are on the back. We did a full granite backsplash which is about 1 1/4" deep. The lights touch the backsplash and cannot be moved. The light also highlights the seam in the granite that we had to put in this case. I am sure that if it were a tile backsplash it would do the same by highlighting any imperfections in the tile by shining a light straight down. I will be reccomending this to another client soon, but will give a warning about the light situation.

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.

We redid our whole kitchen. This was the fan we chose. Everytime it was delivered it was damaged. We went through 5...yes..F I V E hoods!!! We had it installed in Feb. It was beautiful and worked great. Two weeks ago the lights quit working. We called and they sent another light module and lights. It arrived a week later...installed..didn't work. We called, they sent out wiring, a week later... . Installed ...doesn't work! I am tired of cooking in the dark. So fed up at this point...would not recommend!!!!!

I bought this a month ago after looking in every store and different websites. My husband just put it up and we love it. Great price and great look .

This hood is gorgeous, very professional looking, very quiet, very bright led lights. It matches our stove perfectly. LOVE IT!

Very happy with product, noisier than I thought it would be, but does the job.

We live our new KB 30 Hood vent . It looks awesome in our newly renovated kitchen that my wife and I did ourselves being I am a residential contractor. The 4 speed fan with a 3 minute timer if you care to use it, is a great feature I love as well. It has two LED lights that swivel that is also a plus being they are located in the rear of the hood. The unit is very easy to install and I added an outlet to plug in the fan motor and is hidden by the vent pipe trim out accessories. The style of the filters , I have to say, is cool looking and they couldn’t be an easier to remove and wash. I don’t see how anyone would be disappointed in owning this hood vent !

So far my wife is happy and that somewhat solves my problem. However, a few design features that I don't like: 1. The under the hood lighting is more decorative than being an asset for lighting for the cooking area, 2. The "Chimney Sleeve" was made too short to accommodate 9 ft ceiling. The inside sleeve was 4 " shorter than the one it replaced. 3. Always pack an extra screw in the install package.

Absolutely gorgeous! We have a 48" wide range and hood and it is a focal point in our kitchen and gets so many compliments. We have a white/greige color scheme with dark accents and stainless appliances. I struggled with the decision for the copper hood and am now SO GLAD that we decided to go for it. Really lovely. Easy to use. Nice work lighting, excellent draw (vented through the ceiling and through the roof) and looks very expensive. Really happy.

I search for many months before finding this range hood and I am so glad I did! The biggest challenge was fining a range hood that would fit well under a 4 foot window. This hood is well constructed, easy to install and very quiet for the power it provides. We were able to match the cabinet paint as well.

Just recently installed a KB-36 range/cook top exhaust hood (outdoor exhaust ducting),CFM's. works excellent as expected, all 4 range of CFM's. Exhausted cooking odors and steam/smoke as expected.

Which really fits in our kitchen. It came on time and went up easily. We have a lot of comments on how beautiful it is and how well it operates. The fan is very quiet and the light is bright.

This hood fit our needs perfectly, it is well built, was easy to install, and functions as advertised.......Thank You

Love the look of this range hood. Goes beautifully against my brick wall. It is very efficient and really quiet - not like some hoods. The colour in certain light can be blueish but it is definitely black.

I purchased this to go along with our kitchen make over. The Hood was exactly what we were looking for and is a great accent to our design. Only disappointment is that the fan is LOUD, also seems not to have a change from level 1 to level 3.

We remodeled our kitchen and this provided the look I wanted over the stove. We had to make this a ductless system, but the vented crown molding was out of stock for months, so we vented to crown molding that came with the hood and purchased the charcoal filters. The system works well and is not too loud. I have received numerous compliments on the appearance of the hood.

A very good product for the price. It has all features we were looking for. My only negative comment is the fan noise. If it were quieter it would be a great product

We remodeled our kitchen and although I shopped for many range hoods, this one exceeded my expectations! I have copper sinks and other copper accessories...and this matches beautifully. Customer service was great and did their best to get it to me in time for the contractor to install before the stone was installed. Lovely!! It also has nice bright lighting and powerful suction on the fan. I could not have made a better choice.

Purchased about a year ago and incorporated into cabinets. I moved in 6 months ago and am very happy with look and performance. Moves large volume of air - makes some noise, but not bad for its power. I would buy again. Paul in Pensacola

I have had this hood up for several months now, I think it looks sharp all the time. Works well, doesn't make too much noise. Shipping was very efficient and fast, packaged well, easy to install.
