No Need to drill holes. If you're the type who tries to install without instructions, I would recommend you read them first... save yourself some irritation. This curved shower rod is the best one we have used.

Very nice set up. The cap on the end is a pain in the patooty. But, the overall quality, streagth, mounting set up is eXCELLENT. I'd buy again.

Functional, but very flimsy and of inferior quality. If purchased at a much lower price, it might be considered a good buy, but considering the cost it’s just average.

The rod never locked into place when using it as a tension rod. I turned the bar as per the instructions and it just clicked. You would be forced to mount it in the wall with screws in order to use it.

It was a little tricky to install. The end caps aren't the same size and of course i reversed them. but very happy with this.

Very strong hanger. I couldn't move it or shift it after locking it in place on th walls.
It is VERY EXPENSIVE though. My reason for giving it 3 stars.

Easy to install and holds the curtain easily. No issues during installation and instructions made it simple and told every step and piece to use. I like that it is a pressure system that enables me not to have to screw into the wall or damage the siding. That being said, it does come with the hardware to anchor it into the wall if desired. It fully meets my expectations.

Absolutely cheap materials. Just putting it together broke one side, then attempting to readjust it's position on the wall broke another part of the rod
