I followed the instructions precisely, and this product barely worked. I scored, I applied generously, I waited, I repeated, etc. and the glue stayed stuck to the wall.

Uh oh, something is amiss here! Rust-Oleum Zinsser DIF Ultra Concentrate Wallpaper Stripper is a biodegradable, non-toxic and non-staining wallpaper stripper. Once the concentrate has been mixed with warm water, it is important to use the mixed solution immediately. The solution needs to be applied with a garden-type sprayer, sponge or roller. Do not use a fine mist sprayer. If the first layer does not peel off easily, score (10 holes per square inch) the surface and apply more of the solution. Allow DIF to penetrate for 2-5 additional minutes. Repeat the removal process and re-apply the stripper if necessary. To remove residual adhesive, re-apply the DIF solution, wait 2-5 minutes and scrape or sponge off.

Wallpaper galore
The more you soaked it with this solution, the better it came off. We didn't even use even one bottle, but it was definitely cheaper than buying the premixed solution.

Quality product that works
I'm a professional wallpaper contractor and I've been using DIF for many years. Recently I started using DIF ultra concentrate and found it works faster than the regular DIF. You use less product but get better results. Great stuff!

Doesn't Work
I bought this, a "paper tiger" scoring tool and the matching scraper thinking I could remove the wallpaper from the wall before painting. This stuff never really released the glue. The only places that the wallpaper actually peeled up were areas where it was loose before applying the solution. It was a complete waste of money and I ended up just painting over the wallpaper after wasting a couple of hours trying to get it off.

Hi it really worked fine . Got it done with jsut a small amount of work . Excellent product that I do recommend
It was simple to use ,easy to clean up after and results were awesome .
The wallpaper was gone and so were we

Product works!
I was a little doubtful that this product would actually work. I have a 100 year old plus house to remodel. Most of the wallpaper was put up in the 1960's and in great condition for the age. Just not our style. This product seemed to keep wallpaper wet and dissolve the paste easily. I had been using water and a steamer, but this worked way better! I have about 3 rooms out of 10 to go, I will continue to buy product.

Had a whole house will vinyl wall paper couldn't get if off. After I sprayed it with this product it peeled right off.

compared to others
Best I have used do far. Just follow the directions as listed. Does s very good job. All of these products can be messy. This one is no different but removes wall paper and glue down to bare plaster. Was recoemployee by Home Depot store employee

Dif wallpaper remover concentrate
This product has very effective for wallpaper removal.
In 30 years of the trade this product has been the best that I could find. Concentrate is the only way to go!

Wall Paper Remover works like a charm if.....
This wallpaper remover worked like I expected it to.The glue just came right off with a metal or plastic scraper/putty knife. But, it only works great, if the wall paper had been installed with siezing material between the wallpaper and the paint on the drywall.

Great Buy!!
Very pleased with the product. I use 2 caps full to a gallon of hot water,a paper tiger and a scrapper. I wet the wall with the solution using a sponge and the wallpaper came off very easy. I was amazed!!
