AVOID- low quality and cover doesn’t fit keep in mind the cost of this item- i expected quality. Assembly of the wood was good. however the slates are so thin and there is inadequate support under them- just one support beam when 3 are needed for the king. It gets worse. the cover is too small and doesn’t fit. don’t waste your time here, get another box spring elsewhere.

The Zinus Edgar 4 inch Low Profile Wood Box Spring mattress foundation was very easy to put together and was light in weight but very sturdy. All positive to say about it. Very happy with product and delivery.

It was easier to put together than thought. Looks like it should. I think for the price it was a good deal. I tried to order online, but the web site was awful. I went to customer service,in the store, and ordered it there. They were very helpful and nice.

Exactly what I needed for antique bed frame and modern memory foam mattress. Easy to assemble and cover was a snug fit but doable. Good quality.

Mostly easy to put together which surprised me. I didn't think things would work a couple of times, mostly getting the cover on, but they did and it looked great. It also works great. Very pleased.

Perfect for what we needed. It was easy to assemble and it fits exactly as described.

Easy assembly, However, the center is completely hollow with no support. Your mattress will sink in the middle because of the thin slats that offer no support at all. After only a few months it also stated squeaking. I would not recommend this box spring to anyone.

Assembly was incredibly easy. The provided tool was ingenious and surprisingly nice for assembly tool. Cover was tight and a bit of a struggle to zip up but quality seems first rate. Highly recommended.

The box springs are of excellent quality and we’re quite easy to assemble. They fit perfectly in my bed frame. On the whole, I was extremely pleased. The cover , on the other hand, was difficult to put on and did not seem to fit properly.

What a disappointment! It makes a horrible sound when you turn. Zero support. 

This was the easiest thing to put together--took me 15 minutes. Very well-designed. The outside frame seemed very heavy and solid, and just took 4 bolts to assemble. The slats rolled out with velcro to help secure them to the frame. The cover took a little effort to pull tight, but it's zippered on three sides and that helped a lot. (Without the cover, assembly would have been 10 minutes.) I'm holding back one star because the slats looked a little thin so TBD how it holds up over time.
