Video instructions and virtual instructions made it seem like I was missing parts. Paper instructions were fine, but the install that I got doesn’t seem as secure as the listing did. Roller is also one inch too short width wise (72 when bought 73). Otherwise happy with my purchase.

The blinds are not sturdy and arrived with pin holes in them. I am ordering another blind and request a refund.

After one week of installation, the bottom seal of the shade where it is folded is open. Looks like there was a cheap glue which could not hold it tight! Also the shade does not go all the way up and it stops a few inches to the top!!

As many other reviewers say, w/the inside mount you get too much space on the sides where light comes in! Now I see that most of the product images are outside mounts & the 1 inside mount makes it look like no light is coming in, which is totally misrepresentative of the real product. They fit perfectly, so that's not the problem. My picture shows the 1 shade I was replacing on left. Light comes in that one in the middle, BUT it fits all the way to the sides and top! So easily scratches too.

These Cordless Blackout Polyester Fabric Roller Shades are an excellent way to keep the street lights out of your bedrooms. Both our bedrooms have them and we're delighted with their ability to keep the rooms dark. The very easy mounting method and easy to roll up and down feature makes these shades a valuable addition to the rooms. We highly recommend them. [Photo taken during daylight.]

We installed the shades right after Thanksgiving 11/25/22 and now I notice tiny holes in the shades on 11/27/22. We kept the install tape intact and only cut it once installed. So annoyed!! Very thin and cheap quality. Will have to buy a different brand.

Roller shades are most practical in our home with children and cats. These have yet to disappoint. They offer great blackout quality while being safe for littles and an ease of use. The customer service from the manufacturer has also been top notch if any issue does arise. Highly recommend

Pros: -Good Quality -Nice looking Good quality, blocks most of the sunlight, nice looking Cons: -The "click-on brackets" can't easily hold in place the heavy 73x73 roller piece, need to be scrappy and mount some of them upside-down in order to safely hold the roller. -Also, the plastic handle and the end of the shade comes of very easy when pulling the shade down. It could be much better adjusted in order to operate correctly without issues.

I bought these because The Wirecutter seemed to like them, but the design leaves so much space around the shade that it can't fully black out the window. The shade is 1.5" narrower than the bracket—though I don't see any mechanical reason why it needs to be this way, the shade could be flush on both sides and simply isn't—and the round-down-to-nearest-half-inch sizing adds to the gap. The awful L-bracket design leaves space at the top of the shade as well. On top of that, I had hoped that the polyester "fabric" would look like, you know, fabric? It just looks like plastic, same as the cheapo vinyl rollers you can get at any hardware store. Also, one of the screws snapped in half during installation. I have never seen that happen before. Absolute garbage. I'm furious.

Definitely love it! Blocks 90% of sunlight. Sunlight still tries to sneak through the sides but better than before. Highly recommend it.

These iFit roller shades are the Best! I bought one to make sure it was the right size and to see how they look. I did the outside mount and added 3 inches to each side and they work excellent! At first I couldn't find the brackets but they were on the bottom of the box. They're very easy to install and look gorgeous! I will be buying more for my other windows! 5 Stars!!!

Very easy to install and color was pretty close to what was shown in pictures. I’m very happy with the product though time will tell more since I’ve only had them for less than a month. I do plan to order more for my other rooms. I would also like to give five stars to the quick, professional responses I received for my questions from the manufacturer via email. They were ready to go above and beyond in making sure I was confident and comfortable with my decision. Overall ... a very pleasant experience.

Nice shades. Easy to hang on log walls. If you get outside mount I suggest measuring to outside edges of moulding for best blockage of light, or maybe even further. I hung ours above top moulding for more blockage. Not so pretty, but some nice valances make it look much better.

The window shade installed quickly and easily. It is constructed with quality and operates effortlessly. This product will be what I use for any upcoming window projects that require effective light blocking.

These blinds worked great. Very easy to install and fit perfectly!

INSTALLATION: July 2019. They were not that easy to install. You need very strong arms and hands to clip them into the brackets while standing on a chair. I'm a small woman. I was laughing to myself as I huffed and puffed and kept trying to clip them in, over and over -- while visualizing the model in the video snapping them on in two seconds. The screws that come with them are worthless and stripped quickly. I used my own wood screws. AESTHETICS: I like the look, I got the charcoal grey. As others have said, it's dark grey on one side and white on the other though, not as pictured. However they do look pleasant and clean/streamlined. They have a canvas/matt look rather than shiny vinyl on the grey side, which I like. I'm glad I bought them wider than the window so they overlap, the edges. I could have gone wider. I suggest adding 1 to 2 inches on either side of your actual window pane. QUALITY: One of them arrived bent on the end with the blind hanging out. I took a mallet to it. The other was stuck inside itself, wouldn't roll out at first so I had to unstick it. I'm not sure how long these will last. Will the blinds stay clipped into the brackets? Will the rolling device break (it's very slow and finicky)? Will the tiny plastic pull-handle break (appears to be held on by nothing and arrived scratched)? Will the shades crack under strong sun? By all accounts they appear fragile. I'm handling them with care. I wouldn't recommend these if you have kids. Quality not as expected for the price.

They work fine for my French doors, bigger diameter than I would have wanted (but I think it's necessary because of the length), and it looks okay anyway (photos submitted). Easy to install (outside mount), function well, feel solid and like they will last for a long time. Bonus: I was surprised by how much cooler the room is! The doors are new and well-rated for energy efficiency -- but these blinds still made a big difference.

Easy to install. I would like the shade better if the fabric was a bit wider to block out more light. Overall, I am happy with the shades.

Great item! Roller shade looks exactly as advertised. Was very happy when it arrived 2 weeks after ordering as out of the box, it is ready to go! Roll down once with force to lock it. Lightly tug it for it to retreat. Easy Installation.

I had already bought one of these and it was very good, of good quality and covering well the exterior light, but this time I got it in bad condition, it was all peeling with a line in the middle, as if it had been stored for a long time in humidity. I recommend it, it is a good product, but before you get rid of the packaging, check it out well so that it can be returned in case it happens the same as my

I like the blackout but the blinds are not attractive to the eye

Easy to install. Nice roll-up mechanism, not like the old fashioned fly up when you open the shade.

This roller shade just feels cheap. Also the picture of the black shades is deceiving because its white on the other side, so when its rolled up it looks white. The worst part is it doesnt even work right. It still lets out major light bleed on the side of the window which is really annoying and defeats the purpose.

Outside mount is easy to install. Works as it should. Blocks out sunlight for better sleep compared to my inside mounted roller shade. Will buy another one for a different window.

The shade was delivered in a timely manner after the order and was extremely easy to install. The shade faces the east and blocks out the morning sunlight as promised. I am very happy with this purchase.

The shade arrived with a series of holes melted through the layers of the shade, apparently from the manufacturing process. The box itself was in perfect shape. It was only visible as we unrolled the shade after installing it.
