This mop was really great but at some point in the last year while updating it bricked, now all its just a spinning white light show on the floor. Contacted support and they offered 50$ credit off a 500 dollar mop... Yeah no thanks. Pretty disappointed because this appears to be a very common issue for this model. I give it two stars instead of one because while it worked it actually did a good job.

Great Robot Mop
This thing is great, does well even around furniture and obstacles. I like how you can set no go zones, needed this for around the Christmas tree. If I don't use for a while I do need to adjust the spray initially to get it spraying well and not dribbling down the front, but this is simple as it is done from the phone app. (nozzle probably get's a bit obstructed due to the hard water I have)

It's been a great buy, but the tech still has a ways to go
PROS: The mop cleans well and the mapping seems to work better than my robotic vacuum from Shark. The mop pads and solution are inexpensive, so it's not a continual financial drain. CONS: The mapping isn't perfect and there's no manual way to adjust it. Any slight threshold between rooms is enough to keep the mop from crossing it. It was unable to map my bedrooms, for instance, since there's a slight threshold between rooms. The only option was to create a separate map for that room and then move the mop in there. The mop works strictly by friction, so there's no buffing or scrubbing happening. The mop can get filthy and drag grime around the house if you don't catch it, because there's no sensor that informs it when you should change the pad. I've also had it run too low on solution to be effective well before any notification of needing to refill. The solution container doesn't have a marker for the solution (after which you fill the rest with water), so you're supposed to use four capfuls, but the caps are tiny and the bottle is enormous; good luck. There's no setting in the app to tell it to just clean the space you put it in, unless it's something already mapped. In short, while I love having this mop and it may be the best option available, there's a lot that needs to be done before this tech is really ready for prime time.

Clean floors all the time!
I am very pleased with my new mop, my LVP floors haven't looked this good since the cleaning lady. I mop the kitchen, living room , hallway and mud room each at least twice a week and my house is 2700sqft. We have several dogs in the house and the mop has made a huge difference in keeping the floors clean when we run it after the j7 vacuum. It took about three mapping runs over the course of 2 days to get my house mapped. I does great going where I send it. The only thing I wish was different is that it doesn't always mope with the grain of the LVP planks, in some rooms it mops "the wrong direction" if you will. Bottom line is I would buy this 100 times over. I have just owned it about a month so hopefully I feel this way in a year!

I like it alot but could be better
I am happy with the job it does. One complaint is that it could be smarter. I have a roborock vacuum which is smarter due to more sensors. Also I wish I could use the bravva jet m6 in the dark, like the roborock, but can not. I do recommend bravaa jet m6 as it's still a great dedicated robot mop.

About what I expected
I have been using this for a little over a year, and it is definitely not a replacement for actual moping, but good for keeping the floors clean-er, and is basically what I expected going in. The main issue that makes it not super effective is that it only makes a single pass on any part of the floor, and watching it, I can see that the spray is not always covering the whole area. If any area needs a bit more scrubbing, it is not effective at all, since it doesn't have the weight nor the passes to really clean. The cleaning solution is way too expensive for the amount of use you get. I only get one or two cleanings on a single tank. Because of that, I've been using a third-party floor cleaner that seems to work well and hasn't caused any issues. I would really only recommend this to tech nerds like me who like the gimmick.

I LOVE my Braava mop!!!
I rarely ever leave reviews for products but for this product I must. My Braava jet mop (my kid named it Quandale Dingle) has completely replaced my need to pus around a sopping wet sponge mop on my hardwood floors. In a four-person household where two of us are 9 year old twins, you can bet our floors get dirty and fast. Quandale runs every day to keep on top of our messes. I no longer have dirty spots on my floor that would make me grumble and mutter under my breath. Quandale's operation is wonderfully quiet. I cannot say enough good things about my mop!

Wheel issues like so many others.
After a few months of use, it now very rarely gets off the base unit and never runs unless I'm right there to pull it off. The wheels also slip while mopping so it will not go in strait lines and misses a lot of areas. I wanted to replace the wheels only to find out they don't offer any replacement parts. I also get tank empty error even when the tank is half full. I've found it much easier and faster to just use a swiffer. This should never have been released.

UPDATE to past review that I can't find on here
Customer service/tech support did a great job helping me fix the issues with my mop (which I love) and my vacuum. Thank you for saving me! I have a slobbery dog so I like to run this mop once a week just to remove all the spots I can see on our hard floors and then sometimes I will mop with a regular mop to get a deeper clean. This mop really helps me keep the floor reasonably clean so I never have to worry about people coming over and seeing the filth we actually live in.

I would not buy it ever again
Had it for a year...it can barely do it's job ever. I've youtubed some videos but nothing fixes the constant errors. Tank is always full but the robot keeps saying it isn't. It can't find home. Can't undock. Can't clean black and white tiles...it's like a lost little puppy...I wish it worked but it doesn't.

Top notch cleaning and navigation as well as low maintenance
After owning the Braava Jet 240 for many years, I wanted something that could navigate more accurately and clean larger areas better. The M6 exceeded my expectations and then some. Maintenance is identical to the 240 - just fill the tank and wash the cleaning pad as needed. And although it's straight backward /forward cleaning motion seems a bit tedious, it definitely does a more thorough cleaning job on my 30 year plus vinyl floors than the 240. Navigation is excellent too thanks to the built-in camera and the feature that lets me set it to automatically start cleaning after my i3 finishes vacuuming just sweetens the deal. My only complaint are the tires which, after a short amount of time, form uniform cracks which apparently can eventually keep the M6 from docking properly ( haven't personally experienced this yet). When my tires formed cracks, Irobot was kind enough to send me a replacement pair. But I strongly feel irobot needs to either sell replacement tires directly or solve the rubber deterioration problem - the rest of the robot is too good for them not to address this design flaw.

Won't recommend this to my worst enemy!
Don't you ever consider buying one. The amount of errors is abnormal. It's unbearable. This robot struggles with everything. Sometimes it cannot even get itself out of it's station. Usually it cannot go to the assigned destination, goes through the no-go zones specified in the app. It cannot see in the dark. It cannot climb the smallest door threshold. Whatever you do, don't make the same mistake I made in 2019. I'm writing this review after almost 3 years using it. So I have given it more than a reasonable chance to prove that's it's worth buying.

Wheel issue after 11 months and no replacement available
I bought the Braava M6 in November of 2021 and now, October 2022, the wheel stopped functioning mid-job and I cannot find a replacement on the website. I did all troubleshooting, tried calling and was on how for 20 minutes before being disconnected, and am hoping to get a response to the message I sent. It is still under warranty so I an hoping they will help. I use it once or twice a week for my kitchen, a hallway, foyer, small powder room, and mudroom and I always sweep first so it isn't being overworked. I use the bona cleaner as suggested and sold on the site. When it works, I really like it!!

Giving up on the mop...
Like others, I was an original adopter of this product. It worked (just) OK for a while on our wood floors, primarily on a weekly basis. Again as others noted, the unit looks like it is fully charged, however when turned on to operate, It may go about 5 feet and then the red light comes on and the unit "dies". Charge it again (and again), without luck - it's useless. Truly love my Roomba vacuum which has not faltered in over 3 years, but this mop - no such experience. Don't buy.....

This robot does what it's supposed to but cannot navigate
This robot, unlike my vacuum, cannot go over normal transitions. If I want it to do more than my kitchen (mind you my whole house is on one floor and all hard surface) I have to pick it up and start the mop from the unit anywhere I have transition. It will not go over normal transitions which makes it more of a pain than a blessing. I would not recommend you buy this unless your floors are 100% flat all the way through where you want it to mop.

Buyer BEWARE!! The mop is not made to last and their customer service is worse!!! We have had to have our $500 unit replaced several times and always ends up failing. I never asked for anything for free, never asked for our money back, simply want what I paid for to work. Spent hours on the phone troubleshooting with multiple representatives/managers, was hung up on multiple times, undermined and untimely resulting in being told there is nothing that can be done and we need to purchase another unit. Would not buy this again
Like several reviews here I loved this mop when I first got it. Ordered as a package along with the vacuum and automatic emptying station. About a year in I started having issues. It stopped reporting when the tank was empty and kept mopping when empty. CS and online FAQs weren't able to help. It sort of started working ok and I monitored the tank whenever in use. Then it stopped charging. Tried all the suggestions. Also bought a new battery. That seemed to help for the next few times I used it. Then stopped charging. After many resets and cleanings it seemed to work again. But only for a little while. Now a few months out of warranty it seems dead. Won't connect. Occasionally flashes a white light ring but generally won't respond. This is not an inexpensive item but now I'm faced with replacing it or giving up on the robot mop all together. Very disappointed. The vacuum is great. Too bad the mop isn't the same quality
