Works very well with some exceptions
Product works fine picking up dirt and dust in our home. For that, we love it. What we don't like is that product pauses constantly during a cleaning cycle even though the area has been mapped repeatedly. Software application could also be refined to to a more sophisticated level as to a better map and sections.

Awesome Roomba
It's nice to not have to worry about vacuuming. Still trying to figure out a couple mapping issues but for the most part so happy to have this girl.

I would buy this product again and again
Most convenient & perfect for those hard to reach spaces. As a pet owner it really lessens my housework load!

Pleasantly Surprised!
We established several favorite locations and then have them set up to vacuum on various schedules. It's very convenient and the i3 does a pretty decent job of cleaning.

Fun Product- Software Needs a Little Tweaking
I am amazed at the technology that has gone into this product. It's been fun to watch "Tidy Tim" buzz around the house. The robot has mapped the house well, and I have been able to create zones. I love that it fits under my bed, which is a hard place to clean. The software has been a little glitchy for me It just doesn't always respond to my Siri commands on the iPhone.

Excellent Time Saver
I love this vacuum. I have one upstairs and one downstairs. My floors have never been so clean and it's so easy to use. My only complaint is there is some kind of glitch in the app. Sometimes it shows me a map of what it's cleaned and sometimes it just spins with no map.

Maybe not good for large spaces
The parts of the house our vacuum has found, it does a nice job. Good with dog hair, dust, etc. unfortunately it hasn't ever made it to the room furthest from its docking station. It runs out of battery and then when it resumes after charging itself, it goes through the first few rooms again rather than picking up where it left off. Very annoying.

I should have got one of these a long time ago.
I have two dogs and my floors have never been cleaner. I run my Roomba 2-3 times a week and my Braava once a week. Both of these clean places I could not get to without have to move furniture around. My Roomba cleans my floors, rugs, and carpets while my Braava mops everywhere while avoiding the rugs.

Definitely a good decision
I love that I can set this to run on the days I want it to. I do the whole house once a week and specific high traffic rooms a couple times a week. It took a while to map my house, but once that was done, it was very easy to set up the schedule. It does have to go back to recharge once during the whole house vaccum, but it's fairly quick.

Rocky start worked once then it stopped had to call they replaced the vacuum sensor support system was great received in two days. It works great best thing we bought to make our life easier, love it.

Love the unit, but maintenance seems to be an issue.
Unit does a great job, however after 6-7 jobs I have to replace the side brush assembly.

This version is wonderful
We had an earlier model which was great, but tended to get stuck or lost. This version is amazingly reliable, quiet, and effective. So happy we made the upgrade.

Works well, but need to monitor it
Handy and easy to use. Not as good as the Miele canister, but does okay job. Negatives are it is slow, it occasionally gets "lost" and can get hung up on small rugs or stuck under a low counter. Therefore, we never run it unless we are home.

It does the job
It would be perfect if I had a one level home. My only complaint is that it can only map one level, so I can't direct it to a particular room when I take it upstairs.

Every home needs this
I was worried it would be worth the cost but from the very first use my entire household saw the difference in the cleaning. We positioned upstairs because that's where our carpeting is. I only wish it knew how to go down the stairs. After a month we unplugged it and brought it downstairs and again entire family had same comments "wow, the floor is almost shining". So know we simply switch levels bi weekly.

This is my second Roomba - first was the lower feature model

Love my Roomba
Adopted a rescue kitten this year. Turned out to be part Maine Coon. Fur is everywhere. The Roomba has rescued me from constantly picking up fur. Love it.

Fantastic product. We no longer need to pick up the house before we vacuum. The ability to have it clean specific areas is also a win as is the automatic emptying feature. Robo vacuums have come a long way.

Why didnt I buy sooner
I use to be that guy that would think getting one of these was for lazy people. But after getting fed up with vacuuming the house every single day or more with a German Shepard who sheds like crazy, we decided to get one on Black Friday. Best $350 we've spent in a long time. This thing is awesome. I am now a believer and feel like the Jetsons. It picks up all the hair along the edges of the dog crates and leaves the floors free from hair and debris (except the tight spaces). Wish I got one sooner.
