I love the air fryer. It's so easy to use and everything I've made in it so far, has been really good. It's also very easy to clean. It was easy to order and I received it when promised.

I bought this on Black Friday and I was very impressed how it cooks and reheats leftovers. Tried to reorder for gifts but it was out of stock, get it while you can!!!

I love air fryers. The may be a unitasker, but they're a valuable one! For those not sure, and Air Fryer is essential a portable convection over. Hot air is circulated with a fan, which leads to quicker cook times, and can also affect crispness. This unit works great. First of all, it's huge. I had had another unit in the past, and it was fine, and could cook about two servings at a time. This unit can easily cook a chicken; the basket is that large. The display is a very logical digital display, and nothing fancy, but very user friendly. The listing mentions multiple presets: that is not true. There are no presets, nor does the manual discuss any. I use my unit to mostly cook frozen fried food; chicken nuggets, french fries, etc, and I cook canned biscuits in it, and fresh fried shrimp. I love that I don't have to use any oil, and still get a crispy result, and my daughter loves that she can cook a hard boiled egg in it! Some food does come out better than other, like tater tots versus steak cut fries, but it all comes out very quick, and without any added fat. This unit is huge. Compared to my old unit, it's enormous, and for some, that footprint might be an issue. It certainly takes up more room than our KitchenAid Stand mixer, but the ability to cook food for the entire family in one batch is pretty great. The unit itself is easy to clean, and stays relativity cool, and quiet when in use. For those who cook fried foods, or for picky small children, this is a great item to have.

Amazingly Good Kitchen Appliance by Modernhome. I have never had nor used an air fryer prior to ordering this one, despite the urging of my brother and daughters. Instead, I got a deep fryer a few years ago, mostly because I did not think you could get the same results with hot air. I WAS WRONG. I am amazed with what you can cook with this and how fast it does it. Good looking and useful, it is a fantastic addition to my kitchen. Set up of the power air fryer was mind-blowingly easy: open the box and take it out and boom! It’s ready to be used. It has a HUGE removable basket that is teflon coated and a breeze to clean (the drip pan the basket sits in is as well). Simple controls make it crazy easy to operate: temperature on the left and time on the right. Temperatures can be set from 180 F to 400 F (in 5 degree increments) and times from 1 min to a max of 30 min. The fryer is whisper quiet when running (my microwave actually drowns it out) and you can watch TV or talk without it interfering. The cooking chamber can be removed at anytime during the cycle, allowing you to toss or turn the food during cooking and starts right back up where it left off once you slide the basket back in. You can easily readjust the time and temperature during the cycle, allowing great control over the cooking process. Five beeps signals you when the cooking cycle is over. The air fryer does not put out excessive heat and remains cool to the touch, making it perfect for use in the summer when you don’t want to run your regular oven. The first thing I made it it were hard boiled eggs (!!). The recipe book that comes with it had this in it and I thought “Naw, can be that easy.” Wrong again. Took the eggs (8 of them) right out of the fridge, put the in and cooked them for 10 min at 300 F. They came out perfect (see photos): white was done but not rubbery and the yolks were creamy and not dried out. I then used it to make tater tots and fried liver, another great success. One trick the recipe book suggests it to line the basket with foil for messy foods (like liver and chicken wings (next project)) and this also seems to help with the cooking, but is not necessary. Finally, just prior to writing this review I made 4 lbs of chicken wings from scratch (see uncooked and cooked photos below). I did this in one batch and they came out spectacularly. They took about 30 minutes at 390, with turns after 10 and 20 minutes. My wife and I were blown away with how they turned out. There are only a couple of complaints I have; first, it has a BIG footprint (you can see it next to my coffee maker for comparison), so if you have very little counter space it could get in your way when not using it. Of course you could just store it in a cabinet… The second complaint is that the description says it has 7 built in presets, which it doesn’t, or I cannot find them. I think that may be a typo on the web site. Third, the instruction manual is small and doesn’t really tell you much about how to really use it, and as this is my first air fryer, I am learning by trial and error. Finally, the Modernhome web site is not complete as of this writing, so i could not go there to get cooking tips or more recipes. None of these are all that bad, but I did want to mention them. Finally, I HIGHLY recommend this if you are in the market for an Air Fryer; the size is good for a family, and if you do not mind ‘learning on the fly’ if you are new to this kind of appliance, I think you will love it. The only reason I give it 4 stars is for this reason. Maybe when the web page is up they will have cooking tips there as well. If you are an Air Fryer pro however, don’t hesitate to get one of these!

I have wanted an air fryer ever since they started tv advertising last year (2017) and I finally got this one. I can not believe I waited a year to get this. It is digital and so simple to use, the controls are not junked up with knobs and switches you would never use, or understand. It has a timer and temperature control, it could not possible be any easier to use. The results were excellent on the very first use. I made french fries for my first attempt and they were perfect, golden brown crispy and delicious. They went so fast I did not get any pictures, then I did chicken, cooked fast, delicious and was gone before I could get a picture so these pictures are of the next batch. I have a nice convection oven which I was cooking my chicken in, but those days are gone. This air fryer is twice as fast and the results are much better. The chicken is not as greasy as oven baking and the mess is a whole lot less. The unit came with a recipe book and time chart which is very helpful. I am looking forward to the next use.

This Modern Home brand Premium XL digital air fryer had a lot of great features which make me highly recommend it: - has a very large (4.5” deep by 8.5” x 9.5”) Teflon cooking basket (see picture) which gives you great cooking capacity (5.8 quarts total volume) - the basket was very easy to clean and allowed great air circulation for even cooking (see picture) - controls are easy to figure out (see picture) and the digits are large and easy to read - it comes with a quick start guide and a recipe book to get you cooking right away - one of the best things in the instruction manual is a one-page chart on estimated cooking times! You can really cook so many things in this air fryer it will be a real time and energy saver rather than heating up a large oven. We roasted brussel sprouts in the air fryer, and they came out great (see picture)! As I stated above, I highly recommend this air fryer!

This is a great air fryer that cooks food to a perfection. I had to experiment with it for a while so I can give an honest review. It comes with a cook book with many different dishes to prepare. I cooked a few potatoes, French fries, chicken, veggies, corn on the cob ,meat loaf ( that I posted photos of ), etc. Once you get the hang of it , it's really simple to use. This fryer has a huge basket where you can actually cook a whole chicken and has a big handle for a better grip to slide the basket in and out. . Less time and less greasy with only 2 tablespoons of cooking oil , I use olive oil and everything comes out so moist and tender. It's a great product to have in your kitchen. I've only had this for a week and so far I cant think of any negative things about it. I do recommend this fryer and I gave it 5 stars because I couldn't give it 6. As time goes on I will try different food to try. It's faster than cooking in the oven and as I said before everything I tried came out less greasy and very moist. A healthier way to prepare your meals. I love it ! I think the price was reasonable for this fryer. The basket lifts out for washing and is dishwasher safe. Simple controls, one that raise and lower temperature and one to raise or lower cooking time. When the food is done it will give off 5 beeps to let you know it's done providing your put in the correct cooking time and temperature. It took me a little time to figure that out since this is my first electronic cooking device besides my microwave and I only use that to heat up leftovers and heat water to make tea.

Less than a year old and just quit working. We enjoyed it while we had it. Worked well. I would try another one. Maybe it was just a fluke.

This is my favorite method of cooking!.I had never used one before and heard about it from friends. I've cooked in it almost every night! It does everything. Love it; great price too.

It seems like everybody is buying an air fryer these days and my wife wanted one for Mother's Day. Like a good husband I bought her this model. I am not impressed with this air fryer. We have cooked brats, sausage patties, bacon, corndogs, french fries and breaded chicken tenders. If you eat a lot of breaded and fried foods then this might work for you. That type of food you can cook in 10 minutes and be crispy and taste fine. Great for the kids but not for us adults who do Keto and want NO carbs and lots of protein. You CANNOT stack the food in it and cook it. Everything has to be single layer so air can circulate. So you can cook 5 strips of bacon, side by side in about 13 minutes. So a pound of bacon will take you 30 minutes to cook. You need to pour out the grease and add a little water to each batch or it will smoke from grease popping. We have to add water to everything that's going to make a lot of grease or the air fryer will smoke everytime. This is the reason I hate this air fryer and would not buy another one of any kind. An upside is it doesn't stink up your house like frying bacon in a skillet or have to wait to preheat your oven. Downside, the nonstick basket is very hard to get clean. The basket is not very NON-stick.

It was advised that the shipment includes some accessories like baking pan, rack, etc. But it didn't have those things when arrived and when I checked back on the webpage again, the title and description changed to only the airflyer. I have screenshot and email receipt and both show it was with these stuff when I ordered.

I gave it 3 stars since this one did not meet the description as described online. The description on this review they sent me is exactly what you get. Online, showed and said it came with a 2-tier rack, 4 skewers and recipe book. The online description was very misleading and showed other models mixed in. I thought this one would cook whole chicken and open from the top if wanted it to. Ordered May 3. Arrived much faster than estimated date (May 21) but didn't have anything but air fryer, instructions and recipe booklet. Called costumer service. Waited on hold 20-25 minutes then hung up. Called back later same day. Waited again for 16 minutes. Hung up. Same thing the next morning when I called. That afternoon, called and waited 1 hour 13 minutes on hold. I realize this was during shutdown and the staff was probably minimal. Girl was super nice and helpful when I told her it didn't come with all the stuff as said. She told me how to send back and put my order in for another one. Once again, I received the same as the 1st order. I just kept it. Have not had but 1 1/2 weeks so only used 3-4 times. It is trail and error on time and temp. Recipe book is about 6-8 things we don't eat necessarily. I had to order from another company additional accessaries & recipe booklet. We also looked up time and temps online. I'm sure once we figure things out we will really use it more.

It did not include the accessories mentioned. I was told I could return item and get another one which I did, and that was also missing attachments (stainless steel rack, baking pan, skewers). I called Home Depot they instructed me to call supplier. A month later still no reply. Do NoT get for the accessories!!

works great !!!! however did not get accessories as promoted in the home depot description!!!!!!!! would like to get them if possible !!!!

I am please with this air fryer but I was expecting some items that I thought came with it. Like a pan and skewers . So I think that was misleading when I order the air fryer. I did get a cook booklet in the box. Thank you

Did not come with accessories as advertised. Home Depot says to contact manufacturer although the box they shipped says nothing about accessories. I have been in contact with them but it has been 3 weeks and nothing yet. I see a scratch in the finish of the inner basket although I use nothing but plastic tongs to move food in the air fryer. The finish on the bottom of the outer basket is also coming off as it seems to rub across the bottom when sliding in and out of the air fryer. If food is light (example: toasting bread), it flies around in the air fryer and touches the heating element and begins burning. Might be avoided if I had the accessories promised! Will wait another week for accessories before returning.

I love this air fryer. It's perfect to cook for a family of 4. I use it everyday! Shipping was fast. Just wish I ordered it years ago.
