The plug doesn't come up high enough for the water to properly drain
There is an adjustment for the drain plug so that the plug will open fully to let water drain.

Hi Andrew, unfortunately, no. This faucet is designed for a centerset sink. However, Glacier Bay has a similar Maundouri LED faucet that is designed for single hole sinks. Light does not work after 3 months. What do I need to do to fix it?
I’ve had it happen a coupla times- one not resolved yet, but twice or more fixed by unscrewing the nozzle part and cleaning the gunk screen to let more water thru.
I would contact the store where you bought it. They will probably refer you to the manufacturer but maybe not. If they do they should also be able to tell you how to contact the manufacturer.
unscrew the end and clean the screen, if that does not work call 1-877-527-0313 they will send a new one.
