Thank you. This cartridge will fit that model.
I’ve learned that there are hundreds of these cartridges with very subtle differences. My experience is if a cartridge doesn’t list a faucet as compatible or list the part number as a replacement-for ... it probably won’t fit. However if you call manufacturers 800 number, often they will send you the part for free even if warranty is expired. But you have to wait... big sigh!
Yes, it was for a Pegasus.
yes, I order online, no inside the store
I was able to order Glacier Bay cartridges on-line. If you still have the faucet warranty information, you can also call the 800-number and they will replace many parts. On my faucet, the handle assembly (that holds the cartridge which I had replaced) had a hairline crack that made it leak. When I called, they shipped me a replacement part at no cost. I think it had a 1-year warranty but they honored it even though it was older.
If it is a Glacier Bay and you have, or can access the USE AND CARE GUIDE for your model faucet, then you can probably get it from GB Customer Service by calling 1-855434-5224. The Guide will have an assembly diagram as well as a part number for the cartridge. Hot and Cold are not interchangeable, so be sure to specify which one you need. This approach worked for me, when I couldn't find my cartridge in the store, or online at HD. I suggest you not waste your or Customer Service's time by calling without a make or model number. Easy fix when you do get the part. Good luck!
I ordered mine from HomeDepot.com, and it worked perfectly.
Have you tried looking up the faucet you ordered online? If so under Product Overview there is an option to click for Replacement parts, that's where I found the cartridge for mine. Here is a Glacier Bay replacement parts list, it has the cartridges listed with the parts # and internet sku #. I hope this will help. https://images.homedepot-static.com/catalog/pdfImages/b9/b91d143e-8a69-4d45-8a52-a9f6aa5d0f6c.pdf, I also posted a screenshot.
This doesn't look like it is going to be easy, but assuming I got your question because I had bought the same stem you need (no longer available at Home Depot) the model # is RP90024. Hope that will help with your placement search.
Based on your picture, you need to remove the chrome/nickel nut with a wrench. Just unscrew it counter-clockwise. May be a little tight so you may need something with some grip to get it off. Just make sure not to strip it. Once you remove the nut, the cartridge pulls out straight up. If the nut was difficult to remove, you may need to grab the tip of the cartridge with some pliers to pull it out. Be careful if it is tight, because it will come out, but make sure you don't hit your hands on anything above the faucet if you have to apply some force to get it out.
I assume you have taken the chrome retainer nut off as described below. If the cartridge assembly does not pull straight up and out try to fit a small flat blade screw driver where the white nylon of the cartridge meets the metal base of the faucet, and using one finger as a lever gently pry up. Be careful not to cut or damage the nylon. If you apply a thin coat of Vaseline to the threads of the handle drive body, it will help make removal of the chrome retainer nut easier next time. Overall, this is an easy repair. Good luck.
Thank you. Since we don't know what model faucet you have, we can't provide that information to you.
Simply type "faucet model 815N-000" into the Google or the Bing or the Yahoo. Look for parts list or instruction manuals in the results. Obtain cartridge code from official source. Double check your work. QED
I got mine at Home Depot. After trying to find it online at their web site, I decided to visit the store to be certain that I would get the correct part. The clerk there was willing to help but was very limited in her knowledge. With Home Depot's parts book (and the old part in hand) we found what I needed. As to whether this part will work for you, I have a regular bathroom sink unit so I cannot say that your wall mount will use the same part as mine. I would suggest that you make a trip to the store ,WITH THE OLD PART, to try and match your part exactly. Wish I could have been more help.
cartridges RP 20071 cool water, the difference is hot o cool open in a different direction, looking in HD. thank you
Thank you. With the unit being that old, there probably have been some slight modifications over the years.

I found the faucet model on a tag under the hot handle. I searched GOOGLE for the install instructions for this model. My cartridge numbers were listed in the PDF. If you do not have the model you might have to buy a new faucet. Newer models have different cartridge numbers. Good Luck
