Huge store

They say this HD has the highest revenue of any Hd other than the store in HONOLULU. You can literally get any thing related to home or construction here if you just ask.

Careless store workers and rude cashier

Cashier Jenny at the self checkout was agressively rude because it was just a few minutes after 10pm and all she seemed to care about was to go home. Unacceptable behaviour towards a customer.

Excellence customer service

Thank you Emilio for being so helpful in the store. Emilio helped me buy 10 bags of mulch and black cow and large bag of peat moss. He then loaded it into my car. We were out of the store in less than 20 minutes.

Not buy wires there

The people at the return section are not helpful and if you buy wire they don’t want to return it, is no a sign where said that you can’t return wire when you buy it

Poor Customer Service - TWICE IN 24 HOURS

I went to Home Depot last night, received terrible service and a replacement key made for me that DID NOT WORK when I got home. Then had to wait 15 minutes on hold today for a simple credit card refund because I was not willing to be further inconvenienced to have to go back to the store - when Home Depot's employee is the one who SCREWED UP. Just bad all the way around.
