PHENOMENAL service
You have a PHENOMENAL employee who went above and beyond her call of duty this evening for me. We came in with a plan to cover a portion of our sheetrock in the garage in order to try to keep it from getting wet (having a home filter installed in the morning). Not only did she help us find what we were looking for, she introduced us to a product that we had never seen, which turned out to be the absolute perfect thing for our project! Amazing customer Experience!
What a day it’s been, trying to fix a leak that the winter freeze brought us! We came into Home Depot today a little lost on the parts we needed to fix the job. Lucas, David and Mike went above and beyond on helping us solve our problem. They were so kind and caring, it really meant so much to us! A huge thanks to the team! We greatly appreciate your help and will be back again in the future! Thanks so much guys!!

Limited time and still got what I needed.
Had to build and access ramp for my wife after surgery. Between everthing else going on I needed to get the materials for the ramp and a finish that would be safe in wet weather. Even having to work around the crew restocking the lumber section I was able to get the materials and paint that I needed. Checkout was a snap because one of the cashiers recognized that there wasn't a barcode on the sheet of plywood that I had loaded on my cart and quickly scanned the barcode at the stock rack and completed the purchase leaving me with an extra 30 minutes that I had scheduled for the trip/

Poor help
Plenty of people in orange aprons but no one seemed interested in helping either with selection or loading.
Another customer was more helpful than anyone from the store and he also commented on lack of help.
