Great manager Rocky
Rocky sure is a great Manager. He is kind and helpful. We were having a technical problem with our card, the credit card company said it was on the merchant side. Rocky saved the day and found a solution to the problem. Travis in the rental department was also phenomenal.

Over-the-top Service
I'm on a crutch and when I visited Home Depot #8438 in Burleson, Texas, I was helped by a cashier who cared very much and helped me tremendously. He moved around the bungle-some items I was buying, helped me check out on the self-service register and got me on my way. He even gave me some needed direction in selecting products.

Great help at Home Depot
I recently made a special order and forgot to use a 10% discount that I received in the mail. I spoke with JEN at the return desk and she was very helpful. She called the account manager for my Home Depot credit card and was able to get the discount applied to my purchase. Jen was very professional and kind. Please show her how much I appreciated her service.

Home Depot always have what I need and the associates are helpful in if I need help trying to figure out what would be the best fit for for my projects to work.
Needed to run a pvc water line and an associate drew me a picture of what I should do at the least cost. Worked perfectly.
