Too much dirt in with the rock
Bought Vigoro Creekstone for dry 62 sq ft dry creek bed. Bag directions say multiply sq ft by .33 to get number of bags. 23 bags would no cover area with a single layer of stone. Had to buy 6 more bags. This problem might be caused by the amount of dirt in each bag. I had about 5 lbs of dirt in each bags and one had 10 lbs. since the project had a drain in it, we had to dump the rock into a wheelbarrow and separate the dirt from the rock. Very time consuming. Next time I’ll buy bulk from a local garden center.

Dont expect to pay with cash.
Only 1 cashier that took cash. All self checkouts were card only. It's sad they put in self checkouts and got rid of employees. But it is far worse they refuse to keep the self checkouts where you can pay cash. Bad management.

Cabinet Department is amazing!
I've worked with cabinet departments in 2 other Home Depot stores. Each one was great -- but Bob Holcomb is exceptional! Bob has a variety of skills/experience that make him an amazing kitchen designer. I am very "picky", so my cabinet order for house-under-construction needed to be very precise. And when it came in over budget, Bob worked carefully to help me trim the order without compromising my vision. Bob worked tirelessly with the installer and with me to make sure everything is going to be just perfect. I'm feel assured my project is going to turn out just as anticipated. Both the cabinet manufacturer (Kraft Maid) and the countertop suppliers have already been in touch with me (within 4 days each) to confirm order and schedule. The other employees in the cabinet department in Ft Smith are also very attentive -- eager to help when Bob wasn't there to work directly with me. Much appreciated!

Great customer service!
Kaela, in the appliance department, helped us tonight to buy a refrigerator. She was super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our cashier, Ethan, was also very friendly. It was a great experience. In and out quickly but efficiently. Thanks!

Awesome Service
Such great service from an employee named Wyatt. He went out of his way to get our large qty of tile down from overhead storage, wrapped it and also helped us with carpet and pad. He did a great job loading the pallet on our trailer too. The other employees were super nice and helpful in paint and tools! A+++ Clean store.
