Design Center was awesome to work with.
We recently remodeled our kitchen (new cabinets, quartz countertops, and tile backsplash) Steve was wonderful to work with in designing the layout and Steve II the install guy and his crew were very meticulous. We did have one small hiccup with the workorder for the backsplash install but Myron promptly helped us get that rectified without any interuption in the install. Would highly recommend the Design Center in Greeley Home Depot. We will be back in a year or two to do bathrooms.

Jairo is a rockstar!
Jairo spent over 2 hours with me to solve a huge problem. He is incredible! I sincerely hope he stays at Home Depot for a long time. He never got frustrated, despite the stressful circumstances. Zach was also very helpful with the process. But I’m sincerely impressed with Jairo’s willingness to go above and beyond (and this isn’t the first time he has done so for me).

Appliance Department
My husband and I went in on the 4th to buy a Samsung bespoke refrigerator. The associate that helped us (sales person MXS4AQC, she didn’t give us her name) was very incompetent. I know that is mean, but we asked her questions and she didn’t know basic delivery information. She put the order in and my husband and I told her multiple times that it was wrong, as the price after tax was lower than the advertised price. She didn’t listen and assured us it is correct. A couple days later we get a call saying our order is going to be cancelled because it was entered incorrectly. I went into the store to reorder and the associate Shan was very helpful. She gave me more information and was able to answer all my questions. She made this experience much better and she 100% deserves a raise or a promotion. She is the only reason we will keep shopping there and why I gave a 5 star rating after the first experience buying the refrigerator.
