Gracious Customer Service
From the moment I entered the Hartwell store today I felt valued by the employees warm greeting and answering of my question. Once I was in the area of what I was looking for, I found a warm and knowledgeable cashier who directed me to exactly what I had wanted! I found a good variety to choose from and was thrilled, as I had looked several places including my local Mom and Pop hardware Store first.
Today was a great experience and I was so happy to complete my gardening project as I had hoped. This was not my first visit to thus store and I can tell you I have always been impressed by the attitudes and knowledge of the employees even when I was along with a friend who was in search of a fairly specific plumbing fitting, the help and item was found .

Great customer service
I always have great customer service in the store. It is always neat and clean and almost always well stocked. Someone always stops to ask me if I am finding everything I’m looking for. This is the only place I shop for building and home needs.
