Make certain your home is set for fall weather by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If water gets in the crevices, you might be looking at trouble. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your home, inspect metal roofs or shingles for damage that could let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
