We went to the store looking for our family Christmas tree, and we got the perfect one! Neal and Manny helped us through the process, setup the delivery and treated us very politely, truly this store staff is friendly and you are not hunting for someone to help you.

I purchased a grill from the HD in Altamonte Springs. HD offers free assembly and delivery on grills over 399. I specifically asked that it not be the floor model as it is heavily scratched and a couple bolts missing, however I received a grill that was delivered from the HD in Apopka. This items must be been on the floor or in a dirty warehouse for months. The entire grill was covered in caked up dust, four bolts were missing so that grill was not stable and the foldable edge would not stay up. It is extremely disappointing when you pay good money for a bad product, must less have to wait for it.

I found everything I needed at once

We needed a 5gal bucket of Olympic Dark Oak stain to finish an outdoor project. The inventory was not in stock BUT Ricardo, Rafa and Caleb in the paint department went above and beyond to find solutions and they did! We want to thank them for their out of the box thinking and solutions that reinforce why we shop at HD Forest City!

Didn't have as many offers on display, but was able to buy one with good discount.

An employee Daniel was working in the lumber area when I was there to purchase some James Hardie board. He directed me to the location and then helped me load it on my cart without me having to ask. I find this very rare that employees take the extra effort these days. Thanks daniel.

I had a fantastic experience at the Forest Hills store, largely due to two outstanding employees. The district manager, Ricky, was exceptionally helpful. He didn't just point me to a product; he took a genuine interest in what I was looking for. His detailed answers to my questions thoroughly convinced me that the Ryobi model was the right choice—a better value, in my opinion, than the Ego I had been considering from another store. His service was so impressive that it prompted me to make the purchase that day, even though I hadn't planned to. Additionally, Neal was a huge help. He was friendly and kind, assisting me with loading the mower into my car. We had a great conversation while he helped me. This visit was a significant improvement over my past experiences with Home Depot, and I'll be sure to return to this specific location. Thank you.

Purchasing with assistance of LeighAnne in customer service. We could not get the online ordering to accept our items. We had to go into the store and LeighAnne at customer service counter worked tirelessly to manage the order and work with us to complete the order.

The cashier was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. I want to note it that she's probably one.The nicest cashiers I've ever. encountered. She deserves a lot of kudos for the help she provided. Please share thisPlease share this with management. Also you may want to check the wood in the lumber department. The representatives had to go through about sixteen pieces of wood to find one that was not damaged. It took not only meet with them a lot of time. They were extremely patient and helpful but I was not going to buy wood for an extreme amount that was already damaged.

My experience with Jessica and Lydia at the paint counter was exceptional. They couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or helpful. They even remembered me the next day and provided quality service. I am a loyal customer going forward.

Great staff and store

Danny D. In the garden center showed us a few types of garden hoses and was very helpful in our decision. He also helped us find the mulch we were looking for. Danny was very attentive without being pushy. He was key in providing a very positive shopping experience

We bought our new outdoor grill recently at our local Home Depot. The 2 men who helped us make our selection could not have been nicer or more helpful. The checkout process went very smoothly. We enjoyed our shopping experience, and our new grill was just delivered.

Had what I was looking for

The forest city store is a reliable and most acommadating store, everything is always available, I couldn't ask for a better experience

Jamie Watson is very knowledgeable and super helpful when we have been in the market for a refrigerator, stove and washing machine.

The employees they have doing custom orders for both kitchen cabinets and windows/doors at this store do not know what they are doing. They have completely screwed up the last two orders from this store, and even though the mistakes were obviously either their’s in one case and the manufacturer’s in another they initially refused to fix the problem until I had to waste hours of my time and continuously go to the next department manager until someone would actually fix the problem

I paid for my LG Washer this past Monday, October 21 but cannot get it delivered until November 13. And with a currently bad washer, it forces me to go elsewhere for washing my clothes

I'm a contractor and this is my home Home Depot Store. Can't say enough of how great this store is.
