Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there a sale on shelves and storage bins?

Explore our Garage Storage Savings and finally organize the garage, shed, or basement. Save up to 15% off select garage tool storage solutions from your favorite brands and 20% off select storage solutions. Stow away tools and treasures with sturdy garage cabinets and other storage and organization options. Use storage bins to group your belongings, then arrange them on new garage shelves. Catch these bargains in-store and online from June 22nd through August 18th.

Where can I buy back-to-school supplies for my dorm?

We have all your dorm essentials. Get moving boxes or storage containers to transport your belongings, and be ready with disinfecting wipes and cleaning supplies. Bring spackle to fill old nail holes and Command adhesive hooks to hang string lights and wall art. Make the room your own with area rugs and wall decals. Power strips and extension cords let you place lamps, countertop microwaves, and mini fridges where you need them. If you didn't get a new backpack yet, we've got those, too. Be prepared to head back to college with helpful products from your local Home Depot.

What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?

Make certain your home is set for summertime heat by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If moisture gets inside the cracks, you could be in for a headache. On the outside of your house, examine shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water come in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Restore power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the August Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Head to the Kids Workshop on 8/1/2026, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a wooden rocket game! Your little builder can assemble their very own rocket game craft — like a real rocketship but kid-sized. The best part is imagining your rocket blasting off into space, so join your new friends to launch a fleet of rocketships!

      Needed a new refrigerator
Susan was extremely helpful in getting the right refrigerator. We were replacing a 5-yr old refrigerator and we're not happy having to buy a new one. We knew features we wanted. Susan listened to what we wanted. She was able to explain and show us the features of a refrigerator that exceeded our needs.

        People working there are awful
Associates working at this Home Depot mostly just hang out with each other or on their phones like they're on break. They make an effort not to help you, probably because they can't help because they know nothing about tools or Home improvement. I went to the pro desk asking about a possible special order through one of their vendors. The associate clearly didn't want to get involved and loaded the Home Depot website on the computer and said "Here ya go." What a joke. Like I couldn't do that at home.

          We have that!
Seldom have I ever gone to Home Depot and not found what I needed at a reasonable price. I don't like having to go to multiple places to get what I want. Home Depot eliminates that frustration.

Like pulling teeth to get the best deal
Smoker went on sale less than a week after we bought it. Washer and dryer wound up having to be an online order. The process for both was incredibly unpleasant

                Mr
Home depot Bullhead City, AZ. Is a fun place to shop for home needs. Most people are friendly. The newer people are possibly unaware of their responsibility, hopefully they will catch on.

                  Great service!
If you have a roofing project go see Jeff at the Pro Desk. Friendly, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to be of service. Offered great pricing for my project. The Kingman is closer to me but working with Jeff was worth the time and miles.
