Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Spring Deals event?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including patio furniture, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you're ready to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. You can also get a jump on DIY projects and spring cleaning by taking advantage of low prices on tools and storage. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with brand-new appliances, too. These incredible Spring Deals run from 4/23 through 5/10, so remember to shop before it ends.

Is there a patio furniture sale for Memorial Day?

Get ready for The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale! Find big savings on fridges and washing machines, outdoor living accessories like outdoor cooking supplies, grills, and patio furniture, plus outdoor power equipment to keep your landscaping and lawn pristine. Save up to 40% off select appliances and select online bath items. Check it out online or in-store between May 14th and 27th.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by replacing faulty parts of your home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you might be in for a headache. On your home's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that can let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have moving boxes?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the free Kids Workshop this month?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop on June 6th, from 9–noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a pint-sized goalie game! Your little builder can assemble their very own soccer craft — like the tabletop version but kid-sized. Don't forget to leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
