Every week me and my wife love to go HOME DEPOT!

I live only about 5 minutes away from this store and I was so happy to see that they opened up the rental options for this location. Previously I had to drive 45 minutes to the next closest HD with rental. The rental is great and if you have a PRO account you earn rental rewards. I'm up to $150 in free rental credit now!

We had a mix up in the delivery. Customer Service started the help and the Manager personally completed the delivery and exchange. How great was that. Couldn’t ask for better service and nicer people.

No matter where in the store I am any of the staff are willing to stop and answer questions.

Jim, a dept. mage. Was more than helpful. Way, way above and beyond service. I drive across town to shop at this store ( North Charleston) because I feel like a valued customer. I own a home inspection coming. I tell all new homeowners to go to this store because of the exceptional service.

We were taking care of today my gentleman named Tom with the purchase of a door and he was very patient and helped us save some money by opening up a new account and getting my husband‘s military discount. We are not from this area, but we love shopping here when we’re in town.

Purchased a sheet of plywood and requested it be cut into three pieces. First try he measured it wrong and none of the pieces were correct. Second try he measured wrong again and only one of the three pieces was correct. Since I was in a hurry, I took the pieces with me to cut it myself at home. I ended up wasting a portion of the sheet in order to get the size I needed. Poor customer service....and I payed for lumber I could not use!!!

Great store, great staff. Been shopping almost all departments here for years and they just get better and better.

Location not convenient to where I live so it’s a trip to get here. Parking lot seriously needs resurfacing and marking. Stores location to a traffic signal makes it a cut through for nearby businesses creating more of a problem to get to parking spaces. Store seems to have outgrown itself. Aisles crowded with merchandise and often impossible to get through. Needs more employees but ones they have are helpful when you find one

I purchased the paint I need to do my home. Selection processes was easy

We had Shalonda help us find the perfect appliance for us and she did a fantastic job making it quick and easy.

The Summerville Home Depot has dropped off the cliff in terms of quality over the last few years. The associates are not all that friendly anymore and there is never enough help in the aisles. Most every department that you visit has aisles blocked with pallets or carts of product. It pays to travel a bit longer to any of the other local Home Depot stores.

My salesman was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the products he was selling

Always happy with the products HD carries. Many of the staff even know me by name when I come in to shop.

We purchased a electric range in an out less than one hour

I needed help with activating my military status on the HD app. Wendy explained how to do it and then patiently walked me through each step of the smart phone process. Had my status verified and app was good to go in less than 5 mins. Very nice to have such personal customer service. Store is well organized, clean and ample staff available to help, a rarity these days...

I bought this product recently and I have been completely satisfied with it. I made a great choice.

Everytime I go in this store I get the support I need from the staff. It makes doing projects a lot less frustrating! Staff is very knowledgeable!

I know so many people are quick to write a bad review but I wanted to take time and praise Scott for his kind words and demeanor made my day thank you Scott and your professional service also.

How about a few human beings to check out purchases. Is that important not to employ people to add the profit?!

We came looking for some heavy duty shelves for our garage & Ron, who was working in flooring, came to show us where to look. He helped find a table-top cart because the box was huge & heavy. Then, he helped lift the 138 pound box onto the cart. What a nice guy! Give that man a raise! Also, we came back later the same day to return a lamp that was missing a piece. Tressa, in customer service, walked me back to the lamp section to see if she could find an extra piece for me. There were no extra lamps available, but we did find a solution that fixed the problem. She had such a great can-do attitude & sense of humor. Give her a raise, too! 😆

Relying only on self checkout is a horrible idea, lumber/screws and other items not clearly marked slows checkout to a crawl

We went shopping for all of our gardening needs. Found everything that we wanted.

He assisted me on 3/5/24 at 3pm with selecting ,buying and loading a Honda lawnmower in less than 15 minutes and could not have been more pleasant and professional.

I'm working on my cars. I'm happy to have found the tools I need. I bought another Ryobi +one tool and I'll be glad to get the same good use as I have previously.

They always have what I need and quality merchandise . Employees are friendly and helpful!

My husband and I visited the Summerville store to purchase cabinets. The cabinets we needed were on higher shelves. Bob came up to us and asked if we needed assistance. Bob worked with Jeff to block off the areas so he could safely get the cabinets down for us. Bob operated a mid-size lift to get the two smaller cabinets down for us. There was a larger cabinet we needed off of an even higher shelf and Bob said that he could not operate the machine needed. He secured the assistance of Tom to get the large cabinet down for us. Bob, Tom, and Jeff worked together to safely get the cabinet down. There were no shortcuts taken during the 15 minutes they spent getting the 3 cabinets down. I appreciate the safety measures that they took for themselves and all others around them. Fantastic team work and safety practices! Thank you!

The staff and shopping experience at Home Depot in Summerville SC is excellent!! I am totally redoing my kitchen an the staff answered all my questions and concerns. Hands down the best place for all your home project needs. I will add before and after pics when I'm done.
