What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?
Be confident your home is equipped for spring temperature shifts by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the exterior of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters fully functional to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.
What types of moving boxes do you have?
Make your move easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
