How can I prepare my home for summer temps?
Be confident your home is equipped for summertime temps by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water gets in the cracks, you might be dealing with damage. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for damage that may let water come in. Keep gutters clear and functional to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
What varieties of moving boxes do you offer?
Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Why should I get a generator?
Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
When is the free Kids Workshop this month?
Stop by the Kids Workshop to encourage future builders! Introduce your children to the joys of building with this go-kart toy. Constructing a kid-sized wooden toy with wheels is a great way to hone listening abilities, fine motor skills, and creativity. This fun kids' project is happening on the Fourth of July, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last.
