Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Make certain your home is ready for wild temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home. On the outside of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter weather. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water freezes inside the cracks, you could be in for a headache.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, keep in mind that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
