The store was clean and stocked up and the staff was extremely active and helpful!

We are so grateful to have had assistance from Vikki Tate today with our new washer purchase. We needed a new washer quickly for our tenant and Vikki made the process quick, friendly, and convenient.

I shop here a lot and occasionally have to return things. Over the many years customer service has been hit and miss. Li’i was the best and then she moved to a different department. The last few times I have had to do a return I have been assisted by Kelly. When waiting in a long line I observed her interactions with other customers. She is consistently positive and friendly, greeting everyone with a smile and willingness to solve whatever issue they may have. Her customer service skills are on point as well as taking pride on her appearance. It is refreshing to see someone enjoying their job and it shows!

Darrell in Cabinets and Vikki in Appliances have top notch service. Very patient informative and helpful!

I had bought the wrong items and had no problem returning them & sales people were very friendly & efficient.

No one is happy when their dryer stops working and you have to replace it. The care and service and assistance provided by Carl Sorrentino was excellent. He cares about the customer, he provides clear details about all of the steps and he made the purchasing experience easy. If you need appliances go see Carl, and Home Depot please retain this employee he is super!

This is my second order of windows and both times I was extremely satisfied. Amando was knowledgeable and helpful in getting the order complete, and when the windows arrived earlier than expected, they were exactly as ordered. Best customer service I've had in a long time!

We purchased new appliances and had a wonderful experience. We had a sales person who was knowledgeable, hard working and had great knowledge about appliances. We were treated with kindness, patience and simply great customer service. We highly recommend Home Depot as the best place in Maui if you are shopping for appliances.

Overall good place to be in when you really need something for your home

I was so happy to find out that now this Home Depot rents tools and large equipment. Also when using the curbside pickup, my order was delivered to me by employee Kath, and she got it to me in only 4 minutes!!! Outstanding!

I had wonderful service

Was told to expect up to 14 weeks for delivery of an appliance. Was told I would have to find my own contractor to install it. Was told I would want to pick it up myself as it is more likely than not it would be broken if they delivered it. Then told I would have 48 hours to return it if something was wrong with it but "good luck" actually being able to test in that window.

Sales associates were extremely helpful and friendly.

I used to think customer service was very below par at this store, but that has changed since they hired Luis. He is a true example of kindness and helpfulness and everything a customer is looking for when they shop.
