Building Department Helpful

Carl Sorrentino made our experience absolutely amazing. He helped us from the moment we walked into the appliances section and made sure all our questions were answered. He even brought up important things to think about link dimensions and door size for delivery that we would never have thought about without his help. He made sure we were well taken care of and even walked us down to the plumbing section to make sure I picked up the correct valve so that I can install my refrigerator's water line. Carl made Home Depot our first stop the next time we are searching for new appliances for our growing family.

I regularly buy products there for work and personal Very impressed with the knowledge and availability of the staff. Always have the products I usually need.

The incompetent delivery company you are using Island Movers are the laziest, most incompetent, combative, self destructive and refusing anything close to actual customer service They refused to deliver my fridge the first time and sent it back even though they brought it to my front door. Then when they actually delivered it 5 days later they tried to weasel out of the install saying they didn’t have the right hose. The nice temp hire kid actually made an effort and used another hose from a different order. They try to sabotage the deliveries and installs for whatever reason and it makes home depot look terrible

I find most HD stores welcoming so it surprises me in the state of Aloha that there isn’t hardly any feeling of welcome in this store. Maybe it needs more Hawaiians running it. Just a thought. Still a great resource for rhe community. Just needs to reflect HD and the community better

Couldn’t get anyone to help me get the sink I wanted to purchase.. finally two gentleman who didn’t work there helped me.

I stopped in to grab a few odds and ends. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the hardwires staff and all the smiles. Jasmine was especially helpful. Mahalo for making my shopping experience so easy.

Carl...Appliances...went out of his way to assist me and make me feel like I was a priority. He worked hard to make sure i was satisfied. He is a great employee. You need more Carls' on the floor!

My go-to place for all home and garden projects. Workers are generally very nice. A few specifically have gone above and beyond in my years of being a customer. Really appreciate the great customer service.

Kitchen ceiling light fried out the night I was to repair the kitchen faucet - frustrated ! Pulled the fluorescent tubes, but as both went out, didn’t know if I needed a ballast too. Gary (tall reddish haired chap with glasses) was the sales associate in Electrical. I didn’t know if I needed tubes, LED replacement tubes, a ballast, if the ballast were fried, if I should replace it or buy a new fixture, or replace the whole fixture with a new LED unit. Electric bills are crazy high. Gary reviewed the products, prices and gave me options. I went for two extra bright daylight temp LED tubes to replace the fluorescent ones, with an option to come back for a ballast if needed. Fortunately, that was not necessary. The LED tubes are the perfect color and nice & bright - looks like a new kitchen! And I had plenty of light to repair the kitchen faucet, which went well. Thank you Gary ! (I rang the ‘Good Service’ bell on the way out ! )

My order is in for 2 sets of Anderson gliding doors that will replace the ones in my condo that I can barely wrestle open. I’m in hopes they arrive very soon, these old arms aren’t getting any stronger 🤗 Maybe I will be able to find this review site to post photos of my finished project.

recommend shopping there. Easy to find products. If you need "OOPS" paint much more inexpensive there. Friendly workers and easy to use app to find stuff.
