Does The Home Depot have a garage storage sale?
Get organized this summer and enjoy better productivity. Projects are easier when you can find your tools. The Home Depot Storage Sale runs June 22nd to August 18th online and in-store, and you can save on garage shelving, cabinets, storage bins, and storage systems by your favorite brands. We've got garage storage deals on everything you'll need for an organized garage or basement.
What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?
Be confident your home is equipped for summertime heat by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If water gets in the crevices, you might be dealing with mold. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that could let water leak in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.
Do you carry moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.
Do I need a generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.
What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
