Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Spring Black Friday deals at The Home Depot?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, mulch, and soil, then update your patio furniture so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so don't miss it.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Make certain your home is set for spring temperature changes by replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. On your home's exterior, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that may let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter storms. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water freezes inside the cracks, you could be in for a headache.

Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
