Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?
Be confident your home is set for springtime weather changes by replacing or repairing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that can let water leak inside. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from backing up into your home. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
Do you carry small moving boxes?
Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Enjoy power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
When is the Home Depot Kids Workshop in June?
Head to our Kids Workshop on 6/6/26, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a goalie game! Your little builder can put together their very own soccer craft — like the tabletop version but kid-sized. Remember to leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
