When is the Spring Black Friday Sale?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is better than ever. Save big on home decor and bath goods, including bathroom vanities. Proper storage gives you spring cleaning freshness all year, and a new ceiling fan keeps air moving in your home as temps rise. Now is the time to start DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. You can embrace energy-efficient living with updated appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.
How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?
Make certain your home is set for springtime temperature changes by repairing faulty components of your home. If water gets inside the cracks, you could be dealing with damage. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that might let water in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.
What types of moving boxes do you have?
Make your move easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Is it good to have a generator at home?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Why should I get a doorbell camera?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
