What's part of the Garage Storage Sale?
The Home Depot Storage Sale is here, so start shopping now. From storage bins to tool chests, we've got bargains on everything you want for a neatly arranged garage. Shop the sales in-store or online from 6/22/26–8/18/26, and make this the year you sort out the garage, shed, and basement.
How can I prepare my home for summer temps?
Make certain your home is set for summertime temperatures by replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water gets inside the crevices, you might be dealing with damage.
Do you carry moving boxes?
Make your move easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
What's this month's project for the free Kids Workshop?
Head to our Kids Workshop on August 1, 2026, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a pint-sized rocket game! Your little builder can assemble their very own rocket game craft — like the real thing but kid-sized. The best part is imagining the rocket launch, so leave some time to blast off!
