Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have good deals for Father's Day?

Let your dad know you care by finding him Father's Day gifts that fit his interests. Explore the savings at our big Father's Day Sale, and get great deals on everything from patio furniture and tool storage to generators and riding lawn mowers. We've also got up to 40% off Milwaukee tools. These bargains run online and in-store from June 4th to June 24th, 2026, only, so don't miss them.

How can I prepare my home for summer?

Make certain your home is equipped for summertime temps by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. If moisture gets in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On the outside of your house, examine metal roofing or shingles for damage or rust that can let water come in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry small moving boxes?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the next Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Drop by our Kids Workshop from 9–12 noon on Independence Day. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this cute pint-sized go-kart toy. Building this small wooden toy with wheels is a great way to sharpen listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. Team up with your little ones to make this quick craft while supplies last. The best part is vrooming around your go-kart, so leave some time to explore your own track!

Does the Provo Home Depot offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot app. Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items.
