Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have a Father's Day sale?

The Home Depot Father's Day Sale is coming up, so it's time to get shopping for Father's Day gifts that your dad will love. From traditional gifts like tool storage, tools, and outdoor power equipment, to practical gifts like riding lawn mowers, garage storage, and generators, we've got Father's Day deals on all the presents he's been waiting for. Shop the sales from June 4th through June 24th, and make Dad proud of the bargains you found.

What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?

Be certain your home is ready for summer heat by replacing faulty parts of your home. If moisture gets in the cracks, you could be dealing with mold. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On your home's exterior, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that can let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop this month?

Drop by our Kids Workshop from 9–12 noon on 7/4/26. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this cute pint-sized go-kart toy. Building this tiny go-kart is a great way to encourage listening abilities, fine motor skills, and creativity. Team up with your kids to make this quick craft while supplies last. Don't forget to leave some time to race your new go-kart toy!
