Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have a spring sale?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and setting up new appliances indoors. Remember to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running only from April 23rd through May 10th. Don't miss out on these bargains.

Does The Home Depot have good deals for Memorial Day?

Get ready to save money when you shop The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale. We've got the major purchases you've been waiting to save on: grills, patio furniture, outdoor power equipment, appliances, and more. Some categories have select items up to 40%, while others offer up to 20% off. It's easy to shop for bargains at our sale that runs May 14th to May 27th in person at your local store or with our mobile app.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be confident your home is equipped for wild temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. On your home's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that can let water in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water gets in the cracks, you could be dealing with damage.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through an adjacent window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's this month's project for the free Kids Workshop?

Head to the Kids Workshop from 9–noon on June 6th. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this sweet pint-sized soccer field. Building this tiny soccer game is a great way to sharpen listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. Team up with your little ones to make this quick craft while supplies last. Remember to enjoy the fruits of your labor and leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
