Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have a garage storage sale?

Garage Storage Savings are here, so it's time to get shopping. From garage bundles to garage shelving, we've got bargains on everything you want for a clean and neatly arranged garage. Shop the sales online or in-store from June 22nd to August 18th, and make this the summer you finally organize the garage, basement, and shed.

What's part of The Home Depot 4th of July Sale?

If you're looking to replace kitchen appliances, The Home Depot 4th of July Sale is an excellent time to shop. It runs from June 25th to July 8th. We've got big sales on dishwashers and refrigerators, as well as tools, outdoor power equipment, and up to 25% off select grills, too. Improve your time indoors when you shop for lighting, air conditioning, smart home accessories, storage, and so much more. Stop by the store today, or shop online at your convenience.

What do I do to prepare my home for scorching summer temps?

Make certain your home is equipped for relentless summer heat by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping. If water gets in the crevices, you might be dealing with damage. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that could let water come in. Keep gutters clear of debris to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Why should I get a generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project for the free Kids Workshop in July?

Drop by our Kids Workshop on 7/4/26, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a wooden go-kart! Your little builder can put together their very own go-kart craft — like the racetrack version but kid-sized. Don't forget to leave some time to race your new go-kart toy!
