Is there an appliance sale for Spring Black Friday?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your grill and patio furniture so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so don't miss it.
How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?
Be certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by repairing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On your home's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that might let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter storms. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water freezes inside the cracks, you could be looking at a problem.
What's your selection of moving boxes like?
Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
Why should I get a doorbell camera?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
