They would not price match my store i ended up paying over a hundred dollars more

Home Depot is the place to go for water heaters! They are priced right and stock is always great. Their general plumbing supply stock is always great. This is my one stop shop for all things related to my business!

I bought this a week ago and am so happy that i did it.The price was so affordable also the space is so comfy we can fit anything. If you willing to buy a refrigerator I suggest to go Home Depot and look for the LG brand refrigerator it works really good.

I went to the self check out to use my military discount and the girl said that it was not I i working and go to the regular checkout. . After scanning my code and checking out all my items, I got no discount for any of the 5 items. I said that this was not right and she just said that these items must not qualify. I have bought some of them before and they do.

I walked up to the paint counter today to inquire about a particular gallon of paint. There was a young girl (Cyara) working on a project behind the counter, but she still looked up with a smile and asked "is there something I can help you with?" I showed her a pic of a gallon of paint I was looking for or something comparable. She responded "it's right over here let me grab you a gallon", she stopped what she was doing, walked over to the paints, grabbed a gallon of the one I wanted and brought it back to the counter. She then asked me if I wanted it tinted (I didn't), she put in in the paint shaker for a few minutes, handed me the paint with a couple paint stir sticks and asked if I need any any thing else. I was gobsmacked. I'm use to going places and associates acting bothered you're even asking a question and generally just pointing you in a direction. This young lady is the example all retailers wish they had to bring customers back to their location.

The store has many day to day items. Unfortunately you must go to one of the larger locations or shop online for a larger variety of stock. Those items in stock especially Milwaukee tools, that are on sale run out quickly. The staff, and of special note those at the return desk are extremely helpful and understanding. One of the reasons I go here first, before the larger or other locations or stores.

I bought building supplies for a raised garden. I also bought paint for the trim. Thank you again for the great costumer service . Your stores are a reflection of your administration. GOOD JOB!

Great staff you can in all Colorado Springs stores! These days when people dont care and good customer service is hard to find, this store the home depot on academy is outstanding and is a stand alone with the best help and quality. The people are all caring and knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all of you! Lorraine, Fletcher, John, Shoo, Louisa, Janine, Ginger, Charlie, Zack and my favorite, Eugene in appliances. You all are great and treat customers with time and concern and helpful reassurance that a job will get done right for the customer. Your all outstanding and you all make the home depot on academy stand out from the rest just by your helpful ways! You must all like the place you work because you all are OUTSTANDING! It reflects in your assistance. THANK YOU for helping me. I'd vote you the best business in Colorado Springs if it were for me to do. Great job. I will do business here again- FOR SURE! Best people!

Received great help and advice regarding autumn flowers to plant. I'm really terrible about plants, so the help was so badly needed.

We had a difficult exchange since we had paid PayPal but the 2 representatives at customer service were extremely helpful and figured it out in no time!

Visited the store to purchase a specific portable air conditioner unit. Online showed 3 in stock at that store. None were on the floor. Had to hunt down help. They looked it up and said they showed 5 on hand but no location for any of them. The associate told me I could look up in the bulkhead steel shelving to see if I could locate the product. I was fortunate enough to find one in the bulkhead racking. We had to find another associate to ask for help to bring down the unit. Got the unit to the register, paid $500 for it, and was not asked if we needed help loading the unit (it’s roughly 75lbs.) When we got home and opened the box, the item inside was obviously used and not even the same item that was suppose to be in the box. Now we have to take it back and start the process all over again.

Horrible experience tried to spend 1800+ dollars unsuccessfully

Found exactly what we needed.

I submitted an online order 3-4 weeks ago and from the start of the order it was an awful experience. Some material was immediately canceled, some delivered wrong, some never showed up. I spent the next 3-4 weeks making phone calls to Home Depot online and the store closest to where the material was being dropped off. After being hung up both by the online reps and the customer care rep in Englewood I finally decided to go in to this location and get some help. From the start their Customer Care rep Virgil was great to deal with he was able to get the online orders figured out and any material he was able to provide to me at this store I was able to leave with. Would definitely recommend going to this location if you have any issues regarding online orders.

The delivery crew was very unprofessional and damaged my kitchen floor, walls ant the new appliance. Called that very day to complain. Had to wait another week for a response from their insurance just to find out that they would not cover the refrigerator. Now I am having to deal with the store and the insurance to make things right. Had to pay out of pocket for the replacement fridge with the promise of a refund just because they dragged their feet from the get go on the original claim. Because I do not want writ a whole novel here, I will just say, do not have them deliver heavy appliances.

A few know what they're talking about. Find them (in paint, plumbing, electrical, garden), but most have no idea. They look at their phone to tell you which asile to go to. Too few know who the experts are to refer you to. They should get to know each other better.

Went in to ask a few questions about an exterior door and had the best customer experience. Mark Dearman is a gem he is very knowledgeable and determined to find the item you are looking for for.

I will never rent equipment or tools here again. 3 customers in a row could not make it through their new cell phone verification process. 2 of us left and went to a rental yard.

My wife and I are do-it-youselfers. Occasionally we have an idea, but need expertise beyond our paygrade to understand viable alternatives to get the job done. Peter had just the expertise we needed at just the right time!

The manger on duty went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had. The whole staff that day were exceptional!

Sally is the BEST! Helpful, patient and we could not have executed our projects without her! She is a valuable asset to this store!

Took over checkout without being asked... RUDE

Haven't used the pipe and hangers yet due to weather delays, but my visit was quick and Larry was very polite and professional. I generally shop at this store off Woodmen and Academy, and they usually have what I need.

I'd like to give a big shout-out to Hans and Nate at HD store #1510 for their above and beyond customer service. I needed cedar floor planking which were not on the shelf nor on the top of the rack even though the website indicted 23 units were In Stock. Hans and Nate worked together to bring in the product from the back yard outside after calling the supervisor to unlock the giant rolling door. Job well done Hans and Nate and a highly satisfied customer!

Home Depot has a new policy of only giving 90% back on return items. This is example of corporations who are only motivated by profit and no longer care about their customers.
