It was later in the evening and after having visited a different local home depot, where I was told there were fewer items, than at another local home depot, I went to the larger one and found a kitchen sink that was acceptable to our budget and needs. I liked that the Faucet was already included (many faucets seem to cost as much as the whole sink assembly) The arrangement of the sinks on display was nice and I appreciated seeing the gauge number of the steel prominently displayed because I didn't want a sink that dented easily even though it may have been cheaper.

Got a discount because the proper size wasn’t available.

The last time I visited this store, a few days ago, I was greeted by a young woman with a friendly smile, buy shy. I asked her if she liked working at this store. She said, "yes, it's exciting to learn all kinds of new stuff!" I asked how long she had been working for Home Depot, she said about a month. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. She looked it up on her phone (?) and told me where I could find what I wanted. I was impressed that she was so excited about her job.

Great experience on 2021 Memorial Day in the purchase of a Washer and Dryer in the Appliance Department...Awesome customer service from Home Depot employee "Ms. Becka"...Becka went above and beyond in assisting my wife and I in the purchase of a GE Washer and Dryer for our "Retirement" in Woodland Park, Colorado. She was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional at her job. Great explanation of the product, and sound knowledge of the extended warranty. Recommend her to assist if shopping for new or replacement appliances. Thanks "Ms Becka".

The employees make this store the best. I have been helped by happy, friendly employees at this store. It makes all the difference. I also find what I want in stock every time.

The store was clean and well stocked. My interaction with the associates was a pleasant experience. I will definitely visit this location again versus the location closer to me.

My husband and I went on Friday evening to see some paint for our weekend project. We asked a few question and Samantha went above and beyond to help. She is so knowledgeable and will be my go to person for any paint project we may have. She really explained things throughly and even gave her dept extension if we had any additional questions at home while doing our project. She walked around with us and thought us lots of things and tools we need. I am thankful for people like her who is so passionate about their job. Thank you Samantha!

This is my favorite Home Depot store. The store layout is very familiar to me. The staff is always very helpful and the store is not cluttered. The other day, I was looking for a specific assortment of gripper clamps. The employee directed to the exact Aisle and shelf location off the top of his head. Amazing.

Many employees standing around but no one willing to help customers.

I personally know where most products are. But then there's always a someone close by that I can ask for help. Especially in the sprinkler aisle.

I will begin by saying we love Home Depot! Always receive a kind greeting when we enter the store, and there is always a helpful employee to answer any questions that we might have or advise on any product that we might be interested in. We are regular Shoppers in this Home Depot ....... always clean and well-organized which we appreciate!

I asked 4 men employees where to find toilet plungers. They all sent me to the wrong places and on a wild goose chase. Finally a female employee saw me frustrated in an aisle and helped me. She actually took the time to look it up on an app on her phone and personally took me to the correct spot. She even gave me suggestions on which worked the best for her. If it was not for her I would never go back there again. She was the only employee who seemed to care. I wish I would’ve gotten her name.she is a very nicely groomed woman with short gray hair. Those other employees could’ve done the same as her but were too busy standing around talking to each other to care so they sent me in a wild goose chase. Ugh.

Pro Desk is the best!

Gayle from the blinds department helped us with items from two other departments (lumber and garden) she never told us that she couldn’t help us because it wasn’t “ her department “ which I’ve been told in the past from other stores. She actually walked with us to each department instead of pointing to where it was. Was very friendly, attentive and funny. She’s an awesome employee.

Homedepot at this location always has what I need. The personnel are always polite and ask how they can be of service and know where to f ind what you need and better yet they will take you to the area and ask if you need anything else. For a senior this is great help and I feel appreciated for my visit and not frustrated nor helpless. It is a comfort and pleasure to shop here.

This was the worst Home Depot experience I have ever had. Worst home improvement store experience too! I went to look for paver sand for a patio. Out of 4 associates, only 1 looked up when I asked for help and only gave me an aisle number. They were busy chatting. The aisle was in the garden section. No one there to ask a question or load bags. I loaded 5 bags of what I thought was the right stuff and dragged the cart to checkout. At checkout, 2 associates looked at it, touched the bags, called it sand, said I had enough sand. No help loading in my car. Found out it was rock AND sand (wrong stuff). Took it back. Customer service took forever (rang up wrong number of bags and asked for my DL 4 times). Still no help exchanging the wrong stuff for the right stuff even though there were several associates standing in the aisles and near the cash registers. And still no help loading. Next time I need help finding the right home improvement product and loading it into my car, I will go elsewhere. No knowledge or help here. There is no reason to go here ever again.

The return policy is amazing here and the staff at the customer service desk are attentive and very gracious. Documentation is king. Receipt in hand, no problem sir, step right up, well take those parts back!

We really appreciate this store and almost always find what we need at a competitive price. The employees are always helpful and friendly. It is our "go to" store!

We worked with Hannah in the kitchen design department. She was friendly, available and knowledgeable in assisting us design a new kitchen. She helped guide us through the various options and easily kept us on budget! We will definitely use Hannah in the future on the next homes we work on.

It was refreshing to deal with the manager, Jason here. I was having a horrible time dealing with Samsung support. I purchased a new washer/dryer set and the dryer was missing a screw for the power chord. It only came with 2 of the 3 needed to install the 3-prong chord. After getting the run-around for a whole week I called the store. Within 10 minutes Jason had pulled screws off an LG floor model that should have fit. He didn't have anymore Samsung models on the floor. Unfortunately, they did not work. Instead of giving up or giving attitude Jason went above and beyond by getting them from another store and offering to drop them off at my house, personally after he closed the store that night. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!? Jason, thank you for your quick thinking and unmatched customer service skills. HD better give you a raise.

I love Home Depot. Recently we were shopping for a Range, it was during Covid and we assumed there would be no associate on the floor to answer any questions as we went during dinner time. Not only was there an incredibly helpful associate on the floor, when she could not answer our question she sought out someone else and the department manager. We ended up having 3 people assist us. All were very helpful. The service was so outstanding that we would not have considered getting the Range anywhere else. Way to go Home Depot. In a time where it seems there is limited customer service you knocked it out of the park. P.S. We love our new Range.
