Fun place to shop

Home Depot is our favorite Home Improvement Store, and this particular Home Depot is our favorite. The always have what we are looking for, and the employees are both knowledgeable and friendly. Of the many Home Depot's in Colorado Springs, we would specifically recommend it to anyone and everyone. Oh, and our little dog loves it too!

A received stellar customer service and a wow experience!

I really like going to this store because it's organized well and easy to negotiate as the store is clean and tidy. Whenever I've needed assistance over the phone or in person at the store, the associates have always been friendly, professional and helpful.

Not sure how this store came up the receipt is from Highlands Ranch Store, I never go to Colorado Springs anymore. Highlands Ranch store is always great, not to thrilled with the new check out system but whats my opinion really work in the regards ?

This store is the best example I know of for its type of store. I have never had a bad experience. Employees always seem well-trained to help with whatever item I need and are always professional and friendly. They focus on my issue until it is resolved. Thank you, Academy Home Depot!

I always, shop at Home Depot. One of your competitors just does not have the same "Customer Service", "Pricing", "Selection Of Material" and "Knowledge Of Problems One Might Incur In Home Projects". I'm Just Happy That Home Depot Has Multiple Stores Within My Area, Accessibility And Knowledgeable Staff. And All Employee's Are Helpful To Me, Since I Am A "Senior Citizen" With Various Disabilities. It's Nice To Know That There Are Those Who Take The Extra Step In Assisting Me Or The Wife In Any Matter That May Arise.

The customer service staff and Rick did an incredible job for me today. HomeDepot.com messed up my online order then dumped it in the lap of the local store. The personnel in the store did a great job saving the sale and resolving the issue to the best of their ability. Thank you

Home depot use to be the best!!!!!!! They need to staff the store better along with education on product they know a lot about plants but that doesn't help the PRO

Dont waste your time you will only leave with half of your list of materials. THEY ARE NOT FOR PROS just home owners

This is a good store to shop. The staff are professional, friendly and always ready to help.

If you need kitchen cabinet's, or countertops, schedule an appointment with Gina. She is fantastic!! She spent a good part of an hour trying to order a 14 year old, American Woodmark cabinet part. She finally had to call the company, and they are special ordering the part at no additional charge. GINA is Awesome!!
