I was tired while shopping and so because of the sales associate`s knowledge of products and the location of items, it made my experience easier.

I was in the garden area and found everything promptly that was on my list. The check out lady was extremely friendly and helpful.

we purchased flooring for are living room and kitchen ,have been waiting a whlie for this and the associate that helped us was a nice lady and had a lot of info on the flooring we choose So thank-you for all the help.

I once again had a great shopping experience at the Albany, Oregon store! Even though I used the self check out, I was so glad that one of the associates noticed that I was wearing my United States Army Veteran cap and asked if I was indeed a veteran of the United States Military because if I was, I would be given an additional 10% discount on my purchases. Today's 10% discount saved me $2.77. I only wish I had known about this discount for the purchases that I made earlier this week which totaled $545.59, as it would have saved me $54.56!

Home Depot is always my first stop when I'm looking for building supplies. I never have a problem finding an associate if I need help.

Store Associate Kaitlyn went above and beyond the call of duty in order to help me purchase the items that I needed during my visit today! She made my shopping experience extraordinary!

Having already purchased four of the heavy-duty shelving units that my local Home Depot store had in stock, I returned once again to purchase one more. And to my surprise, it was the last one they had in stock - I am a very, very lucky man! These shelving units are priced right, heavy-duty, sturdy, easy to assemble and the best part? They're made in the USA! Thank you to the Albany, Oregon Home Depot for a wonderful shopping experience!

Visited several areas in this store; all areas were clean, well organized and associates were very helpful.

While shopping for new fence panels, the associate not only helped me find the fence panels that I wanted, but also helped in loading the panels into my truck. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product I was getting.

We had a special order on door and window blinds nearly three years ago and wanted to do the rest of the house in the same blinds. Becky was so helpful and friendly and even let us borrow the sample book to match up with one of the blinds that had been discontinued. She also found us an additional 5% discount. Can't beat that!

This Store is always clean, which means a lot to me. I don't have to worry about falling over things left on the floor. The managers and employees are always friendly, helpful, cor-dual, as well as knowledgeable..

We might have spent hours drifting around Home Depot looking for sandpaper, lacquer thinner, glue, tub paint, and silicone caulk. But Shelby was tinting paint for a customer and all I would have to do is ask her where something was and she could tell me the aisle number, whether on the right or left, and whether to look up or down. This saved us at least an hour trying to locate items on our own. Thanks Shelby!!

I was returning an item when I saw the Refrigerator sitting in the cart room as I entered the store. There was the refrigerator I was wanting for the new house we are building and it was $800.00 OFF!!! I was so excited I waited a few minutes for Jim to come up from the Appliance Dept. and he got mine ordered. Jim was helpful and I was thrilled to get my new refrigerator! A couple of days later we picked it up a the store.

We have been visiting Home Depot in Albany, OR since it opened. For the most part, the store is well stocked and organized. Sometimes it is difficult to find an associate or to get the associate to acknowledge your presence and assist. I do believe the manager is encouraging associates to be more approachable and helpful. The past three visits (June 30, July 1 and July 2) we were able to find an associate each time and if they couldn't answer our questions they would call someone who could. So I believe the customer service at this store is improving.

I am extremely grateful to Shelby in paint for her help and knowledge in mixing paint for me that was just right for what I needed.

It is apparent that Home Depot is attempting to upgrade there service. Most associates seem willing to try and help, although many are lacking in competence.

Normally I hate this place. There is never enough help here. This time it was very different. We had an appointment with Jeff in kitchen & design. He was so helpful and kind when we made changes trying to figure out our kitchen. He knew what we wanted and our budget was able to accommodate with no problem. Never made us feel bad that we made changes and had to reprint pages multiple times. Mary in appliances. She was great!! Knowledgable and so helpful. Quick with our transaction and so friendly!

Bought 4 new kitchen appliances. The sales associate was extremely helpful with product knowledge and financing options. Will be back for future purchases.

The cashier who assisted me was VERY helpful and accommodating. I would go to her every time if she was working.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop. Always neat and clean, the associates are always friendly and willing to help with a smile.

The store was clean, items were easy to find, and associates were very helpful.

Any store can sell you a product. We have moved from a product sales mentality to one where we are selling a service. People come into a store because they know that the staff there are helpful and will walk back and forth across a store to help you get the items you need or suggest some that may work for your application. Customer service is what gets repeat customers.

Ample parking available, plenty of shopping carts waiting to be used, helpful in store signage and an associate that is knowledgeable and friendly.

Clean store, helpful and friendly employees. They were interested in the project I was buying supplies for, and asked if there was any specific way they could help.

Dawn greeted us and then worked to assist us to find a unique item in the electrical section. So pleasant and helpful. Unusual to have a shopping experience so memorable. Though she did not recognize the part we were looking for she was so diligent to examine all the store units until she pointed us to the right item.

Normally, they would have 5 stars, but was dissatisfied with the selections I found today. Just some words of advice. Shop online first. Was looking for heavy duty tarp that would go under my intex pool. Found more options online and it looks deceiving to what is actually stocked in stores. Next time I am looking for something a little out of the ordinary, I will order online and ship to store. Save me time in the long run. Also, if you find something at one part of the store, especially what is seasonal, like seed, be sure to check other options...ask store employees, as you may find more options down an isle. Grass seed kept in front was very expensive and only covers 450 sq ft. large bag at half the price will cover 9000 sq ft. Read reviews online, they matter!
