Store is great. Hard to find associate. Did not have fixture on line showed in stock. Have to go to elsewhere or pick different.

I WAS SO HAPPY WITH AN EMPLOYEE WHOM I HAD CALLED AND SHE HAD EVERYTHING READY AND PRINTED OUT FOR ME WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE.

What started out as a misfortunate situation for us in Northern Minnesota turned into a blessing when we met the good folks of Albert Lea. My wife and I had been in the northern part of the state when we damaged the roof of our 5th wheel trailer requiring the replacement of our AC unit and 2 sky lights. After contacting several dealers in the Minneapolis area we found that no replacement AC units were to be found, so we decided to head south as no rain was forecasted. As many times can be the situation, that turned out to be wrong! I spent a very restless and sleepless night watching as rain approached from the west trying to figure out what to do. About 4 in the morning, I decided I was going to have to find a way to remove the damaged AC unit and temporarily seal the roof. I remembered passing a town several miles back and seeing a Home Depot. We went back there and when the store opened, I was waiting in their parking lot. I went to the service desk and explained my plight to Jason and told him what I needed to do. Without even a blink of an eye he said, “We will do whatever you need to help you”. And that is exactly what they did! They had me pull under their awning to get out of the rain, cut plywood to size to cover the hole and even used their forklift to remove the damaged AC unit. Jason, Tony and Jonelle were the greatest!

Always receive great information from all who I have asked in paint department, they seem very knowledgeable.

As always we had great help and the associates were very friendly and had time to help us find what we needed. The store is always very clean and neat.

Home Depot is always a great store to shop in. I've purchased everything from lumber to garden plants and everything in between. They have a great selection of whatever you're looking for.

Overall the Store is well kept we were able to go in a day prior and speak with some one about doors and got honest and true advice how ever when we went to get door we had a small child and no one offered to help us remove the door from the wall. So if you just want to quick run get some thing great place to go but if you need assistance there may be some hide and seek work in it for you.

The Store employees were very helpful in getting me to where I needed to be for my purchases. Great Overall Team over there.

I was in search of a new kitchen faucet late in the evening (the pull-out hose had burst on mine). The associate in the kitchen dept was very helpful with finding the type of faucet I needed.

The Albert Lea Home Depot has a wide variety to choose from when it comes to updating my home. The store is arranged so I can easily find things and the associates have been very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I need help. I like to do crazy out of the lines things and they never make me feel like my project is too silly, but always help me find the answers I need to complete it.

I would like to thank those associates who helped me on Sunday May 29th. When we come in with a long list it really does help to have someone point us in the right direction. It was very helpful to have an associate help with all my goods as I had some larger items and it would have been very difficult to manage without some help. One associate in particular helped me haul my new ladder all the way across the store so I could complete my purchases in the garden center. Keep up the good work! Thanks again!

the Albert Lea Store is clean, the associates are always very helpful, if you cant find it you just have to ask someone they will not only tell you where it is located they will take you right to it.

I purchased an item online for in-store pick-up. It was ready and waiting for me and the associate helping me was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Was disappointed they did not have in stock the chicken wire we needed. But we were extremely happy that we found a new medicine cabinet for our bathroom. Had an excellent selection.

Thank you for your help and for having Smiles on your faces. I know it's not always easy. Been in retail sales and dealt with all types of customers. Some times a smile can help more then you know. This last visit to your store I was stressed do to a Water leak in my home and having set backs in the construction. You may never know why a customer is there, looking for what ever it is. But a simple smile, even if you are having a bad day they may be having a bad day to, you may find out, it helps both of you see a bigger picture. Keep up the good work.

All associates are friendly and always smile and greet us. We usually can find everything ourselves as the store layout is easy to navigate and the aisles are clean and clutter-free. When we need help, there is always an associate available. We usually are asked several times during our shopping experience if we need any help. Even with this being a smaller Home Depot, they still have a nice selection and we have never left without the item or project ideas we were looking for.

We bought a new home and needed a range. The appliance associate that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. It made the experience easy and enjoyable.

This is a very friendly store always a pleasure to shop there.
