123I love this store. I noticed a lot of new employees and some have more motivation than others. The new folks should get up to there standards to keep up the momentum as they are representatives of Home Depot

Ran over a speed bump and a curb but I got the last 7.5 foot pre-lit tree at Home Depot this evening in Alexandria for 79$! Thanks to a very kind and dedicated associate by the name of Hassan at store #4603, he not only held the tree for me in the front but he also carried my purchase out to my car, now that guys is CUSTOMER SERVICE! After a long day of work myself it was great to be treated so nicely by such a nice person.

The sales staff were all very helpful with purchasing the right washer for my family. Stephen, was a huge help and was very nice and willing to assist my shopping needs. The Staff did not try to sell extra products other then the product I was looking for.

Products are really easy to find and really good assistance

This particular Home Depot is consistently better stocked and more organized than another Home Depot that I shop. It is worth the few extra miles to travel to shop at this particular Home Depot store. The employees at both Home Depot stores that I shop are always very cordial and willing to assist me with locating a product and/or suggesting solutions to help me to resolve my home task.

Excellent customer service willing to assist with whatever the need. Found the products needed. Easily found assistance. Store was orderly and clean. Associates were friendly and helpful even when beyond the call of duty.

If you want to buy Flooring, this store has a very large selection of all flooring types and associated products with sales associates that are very knowledgeable and can assist you with choosing the perfect floor based on your needs. Sharlene is an excellent sales associate that is friendly, knowledgeable and is perfect with math calculations.

A very friendly and helpful experience. I travel in 3 states. NY, Virginia and SC. This location is definitely the store to get in and out within a very reasonable amount of time and satisfaction!

Employees are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their departments. Jeff in Electrics went above and beyond to help us find the correct items for our home renovations with our lighting needs. Thanks Jeff!!! Hope to see you again if we need anything!

Associates at this store wasn’t friendly and didn’t offer assistance’s and the ladies restroom was not clean at all...

Great Great store and customer services.

There is usually someone to answer questions and help find items. When items are out of stock, they usually restock within a few days.

WELL STOCKED STORE

The employee by the name of Mohamed Kamara went the extra step to understand my project knowing I'm a female and assist me with the items needed to have a successful project. He was extremely helpful and he makes the store a 5 + star rating with his hospitality. After visiting the store in 9/23/2017, this will definitely be my home project store.

Customer service is normally very poor in this store. It's usually difficult to find someone to assist in locating items, and lifting bulk items in lawn and garden.

This store may not be the largest store but its one of the friendliest stores in the area. the management is always responsive.

I will return to this store whenever I am working on a project and need assistance on purchasing a product.

Great customer service

Online inventory was consistently inaccurate, and shelf models to try to make up the difference were all damaged and/or incorrectly assembled, with additional problems with missing parts. Associates were courteous and tried to help, but consistently needed help finding their own inventory to get down for me. They also couldn't think of simple solutions on their own-they had on display 30 plastic bins but only 5 matching lids (supposed to come as a set). They told me they could sell me 5 and discount the 6th. I pointed out they had 2 dozen in boxes on the shelves...with lids. Checkout was equally not smooth, because the courteous cashier didn't listen and just did her normal routine, charging me for things that needed to be discounted, because they were broken...

If you ever have any plumbing issues make sure you ask for Brad at this location! He is friendly, professional and "VERY KNOWLEDEABLE!" You will be glad you did! Thanks man!
