Items out of stock, takes 15-20 minutes to receive help from an employee

The store associate named Daisy on April 21, 2016 claimed to not have a scanner when I reached the self checkout register to pay for a purchase that costs several hundred dollars. She informed to purchase my items at a counter with a cashier. Yet, as I wait behind several customers; Daisy magically appears with a scanner and later rings up random customers that approaches the self checkout counter. This employee is one of the most lackadaisical I have seen.

The store is exceptionally clean and I would come visit again!

My visit to Homedepot was an excellent past time, just like visiting the mall except not fully crowded. Lots of things to see and wish list items to do. I am happy with this weekend visit at home depot, I found what I needed and hoping to come back soon. Associated are there when you need help, they ones who know their stuff may not look as friendly but if you asked them, they will help you. Over all my experience at home depot was great and besides there are not other stores that carry a full line of items like it.

The store was generally neat and clean，Store staff are friendly and very patient, every time to give satisfactory service.

When I entered the store I was happy to find an employee in the electrical area. They knew the products and how to answer my question thoroughly. I believed them to be very knowledgeable about that and probably many products in order to answer my questions on both products I needed. They didn't just point me in the direction but walked me over to a different area and made sure I was taken care of and had a resolve to my problem. Thank you

My experience was a good one, overall. The associates were pretty busy that day, so it took a minute or two before I was noticed and could ask my question. Was looking for a specific item, did not see it in the Dept it should have been in. Associate could have looked it up in the computer, but instead offered that it may or may not be in the next shipment, and that I may have better luck ordering online. I then saw that the item I had come to the store to purchase was in a display OUTSIDE the store, not where I had expected it to be. I made different purchases, so I was a happy camper overall!

I appreciate the speedy checkout here and the cashiers make sure you found everything you need.

Had the hardest time trying to locate one item in the store. when I was finally helped by an associate ( ten minutes later) I was sent to the wrong isle twice. I feel none of the employees know where anything is at.

Associate Melissa MXD1707 cashier was very courteous and friendly! Not many companies I shop have as many friendly associates in the checkout area!

The store is clean, very well organized. I can find the product very easily. The services are excellent. The associates are very nice to help the customer find products and answer the questions clearly. The price of the products are not expensive compared with other store. The return products policy is good. The customer is very easy to return the products. I like the home depot very much. It is a great store experience.

I would like to commend David for doing a wonderful job managing this particular store because I live in the community and has been a loyal customer for many years. I appreciate the fact that David took the initiative to personally contact customer and let their voice and concerns be heard, addressed and implemented in a way that helps both customers and Home Depot build a solid relationship in the community. I have noticed much progress and improvement since my last visit; thank you once again for addressing customers concerns. I like to shop at Home Depot before going anywhere. I also like the return policy. It's easy and fast.

In the 25+ yrs. that I've been shopping at Home Depot I've seen a steady rise in the quality of hardwood lumber. At the same time, H.D. has steadily become more competitive in price with the other retailers. Thanks.
