Front Desk ladies at Alsip location were all wonderful. Big shout out especially to Jocelyn because she brought out my whole order by herself. Celia,Amanda R.,Keri and Jocelyn you were all great!!!

Not happy at all bought blinds there and their free cutting service refuse to cut them to length. Even though through manager approval associate still refused to cut them. Purchased at alsip store and had to travel to oak lawn store for an associate to cut to length

Checkout was fine until it was time for choosing my receipt option. The cashier, skipped this part, and I was unable to receive an emailed receipt. When asked if I would receive one, she blatantly lied and said I would. Having this happen in the past, I knew what the protocol was. I had to return all my items and the rescan them to give me an option of an emailed receipt. Something that should have only taken 3 minutes wound up taking 20 in the end all because the cashier was impatient. She couldn’t even admit her mistake which was the worst part.

I purchased a dish washer here in November of 2022 and the experience was lovely. The appliances staff, the cashier, and the manager, all made the experience smooth and stress-free.

I came in because I had a leaky tub faucet. John gave me all the tools I needed to fix it and also told me the steps to complete my project. Once home, I was able to complete it without a hitch. Thank you John that worked on 11/7 at approximately 4 pm.

I was looking for appliance light bulbs and couldn't locate them hiding with all the other light bulbs. I saw an employee and asked for assistance and she immediately located the item.

nice, clean store. bought a furnace filter. slightly disappointed that there was only one 14"x25"x1" filter to choose from.

I called and asked for them to put aside a snow blower and they did! Then Rich helped me get someone to fork lift it in to my truck within minutes.

I had 5 people greet me when I came into the store! Kelly, Wendy, Celia and Onna I think were the employee’s names. And when I finished shopping Rich was super quick at checking me out! Awesome experience

I needed GM Dex Cool for my Wife's chevy........Home Depot not only had it in stock but at a good price as well.

all of the employees were very nice and helpful, until it got to the manager came to help a new employee and I. Was very rude and in the middle of me talking she ignored and answered the phone to talk to someone else.

In my most recent trip to the store, I was planning on buying water jug refills and exchanging two propane tanks. Right when I walked in, the cashier Bree greeted me and asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I told her what I wanted and she informed me that they did not have propane, but she would gladly help me with my water and get it into a cart for me. She was very quick at checking me out and after that, she offered to call other stores near the alsip location to see if they had propane. She went above and beyond to make me happy, and she was very professional with handling the situation.

Went there for an outdoor potted flower, and they had a beautiful selection. The cashier was super nice and very convenient located outside in the garden center where I was shopping.
