I called and asked for them to put aside a snow blower and they did! Then Rich helped me get someone to fork lift it in to my truck within minutes.

I had 5 people greet me when I came into the store! Kelly, Wendy, Celia and Onna I think were the employee’s names. And when I finished shopping Rich was super quick at checking me out! Awesome experience

I needed GM Dex Cool for my Wife's chevy........Home Depot not only had it in stock but at a good price as well.

all of the employees were very nice and helpful, until it got to the manager came to help a new employee and I. Was very rude and in the middle of me talking she ignored and answered the phone to talk to someone else.

Looking for a specific item and found it.

It was a typical shopping experience.

In my most recent trip to the store, I was planning on buying water jug refills and exchanging two propane tanks. Right when I walked in, the cashier Bree greeted me and asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I told her what I wanted and she informed me that they did not have propane, but she would gladly help me with my water and get it into a cart for me. She was very quick at checking me out and after that, she offered to call other stores near the alsip location to see if they had propane. She went above and beyond to make me happy, and she was very professional with handling the situation.

Went there for an outdoor potted flower, and they had a beautiful selection. The cashier was super nice and very convenient located outside in the garden center where I was shopping.

The store was crowded with holiday shoppers, but the experience was pleasant.

Very high level of customer service

I was in search of a new Refrigerator and came into the Alsip store instantly Jennifer (who was near the appliance section) helped me instantly. The one I picked out was out of stock she looked online and instantly helped me find a replacement that was in stack and could be delivered ASAP. I’m very thankful to her.

The Store was very Clean. I ran into a Lady there name Melody on the sales floor helping me with a Bathroom Faucet. When I got ready to check- out there she was again .I was like Wow!! you do some of everything.( Multitask) Very Nice Lady.

Great people always eager to answer questions and locate what I’m looking for.

If you are looking to remodel kitchen, Courtney is your Lady to make it happen. She is so good at her job! She is a keeper. She makes the process less painful! Great designing ( Cad Drawings )!

Easiest store to shop and very helpful staff

I love Netty in the paint department! She is always smiling and friendly. Very helpful in many deciding factors as what to type of paint to use to Suggesting paint colors.

I have a choice of two HOME DEPOT STORES nearby. The Alsip Store is my preference of the two. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice store. It is some distance from my home but I was glad that I drove the extra 6 miles to make my purchase of a Lighting Fixture that was not in stock at the Tinley Park,Matteson, nor Homewood Home Depot locations. This location in Alsip,IL is a large store with a very extensive lighting department.

Recently i made a cabinet and quartz counter top purchase. Courtney Rodriguez was the design consultant at the Alsip Illinois store. i believe she went above and beyond with the purchase. Sorry to say there was some issues with the cabinet and when i advised her, she made the calls to solve the issues. what could have been a nightmare did not happen. i am so glad she helped with my purchase. Please give her an atta girl. She certainly reflects the Home Depot brand.

I needed help placing a large order of doors and trim. Tom Walsh (Millwork Specialist) assisted me. He was beyond patient, knowledgeable and helpful. This order had been stressing me out and he went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I could not stress how great he was and thankful I am that he offered to help me.
