I bought a dishwasher a week ago, and it was fine (Maytag) much like another I had bought several years ago. What I want to point out is that the service people I dealt with both times were terrific, as were the delivery people who came to install the washers. I don't get it, it surprises me that they have hired such fine staff, but indeed they have. Hats off to the staff! They make shopping in a box store doable!

Since our local stores do not stock much in the way of Halloween decorations, we routinely travel up to 100 miles in any direction to find what we need. This location is about 70 miles from home and is top notch. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond what I expect in terms of making our trip worthwhile. The amount of product they had on hand was very impressive!

Every time that I go there, every single employee has a smile on their face and they greet you and ask you if you need help and they always go above and beyond. In a world that's losing the personal touch, Home Depot remembers how important it is. When the employer takes care of the employees, they perform better because they're happy and it's clear that this is going on at the Carpenter road Ypsilanti Ann Arbor shop. Amazing quantity and quality of diverse products in so many different areas for great prices.

I had the opportunity to return an item where was was serviced by Yohalis. She was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Definitely made the trip worthwhile. Grateful.

I love the garden center. They keep everything watered. Better than other stores.

I personally love this store because it's pretty well stocked and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Have you ever noticed that you see many of the same employees here year after year? Because management is doing something right which is why these people are so helpful- Obviously they love their job.

I have been going to home depot for around 30 years and have never been disappointed with the stores and products.

This past weekend, I stopped in to pick up some supplies to finish off a few projects. I didn’t grab a cart because I had really only intended to purchase one or two small items…this was a foolish mistake on my part, per usual. By the time I reached the checkout, my arms were overflowing with small tools, spray paint, plumbing parts, an air filter for the furnace, a large water filter, and various other treasures I’d decided I needed along my disjointed travels. As I approached the self checkout, Marianne kindly asked if she could help carry my items and assist me with my overwhelming mountain of goodies. She went above and beyond, helping me to scan my items while showing off her expert skills in Tetris! She managed to pack my chaos neatly into a manageable box, all while carrying on the most genuine conversation I’ve ever experienced during a trip to the store! Marianne made my trip to The Home Depot so memorable, and I will absolutely be back even if it’s just to say hello to such a kind soul! Thank you Marianne for making my day!

I've been a professional vagabond laborer my whole life, and I live at hardware, tool & supply stores across the country and world. Home Depot and Auto Zone are the most common US stores that I frequent, and honestly, the only places I shop 90% of the time. Something about this particular location is different... it's the people. Very, very pleasant experience this week for myself and my crew, working with the fine folks of this HD--says a lot about the store leadership team and leaves a great area impression on visitors from other regions and states. Thank you for your exceptional courtesy and kindness! It shows. Keep up the great work!

The sales associates at this location really care about helping customers find what there looking for. Madison and Justin went above and beyond to help me with what I needed for the project I was working on.

Lisa/Lori at Elk River Mn store welcomed me into the store and found Tom in plumbing to find specific items I needed. He was informative and knew exactly what I would need and found them.

Wonderful staff! They are friendly, well trained, and know their merchandise.

I'm working with an electrical company and every time I need something he sends me to Home Depot. He even looks some things up for me so all I have to do is go in with he picture and SKU number and I'm good. He even knows your store hours. My suggestion is that while you have great light fixture personnel, like Nicolas or Christopher (whichever the holiday name) I suggest you set up him or an independent worker so the public can make an appointment and get ALL of these light needs met for your customer. Perhaps send out a checklist they can complete prior to the appointment so the representative can prepare. I just bought 20 items through you and an endless number of returns (at least 10) to get there. I was frustrated, etc. cuz I was going by trial and error and it would have helped to have had a designated person to help me at certain times. I would have even paid for it. Big box stores don't have this individualized attention, however, more expensive specialized places do. Up to you but I think this would be a winner. This is just a suggestion but I'd love to know if you test it out somewhere. I think your customers would appreciate it!

I bought a few fire sticks and I am very happy with the products.

I ordered online for in store pickup and was able to get in and out without issue. My cashier, Kenneth, was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.

I bought sink staff is very friendly when I cash out cashier very friendly but I dont like when they try to sell Home Depot credit card over all I have a good time store is nice clean I will comeback this store

This shopping experience at Home Depot made me feel truly cared for in a way that completely MADE MY DAY! I was dreading the process of picking out tiles for a bathroom renovation project because I wanted to find an beautiful combination of bathroom floor tiles, shower wall tiles and shower floor tiles that complemented one another. As I stood there in the aisle of the tile section, in walked Ibrah. He patiently walked through several choices until we found the PERFECT selection of tiles! I was so grateful!

Nowadays, a lot of stores are understaffed. Often times at a Home Depot it’s hard to find someone available to help. This was not the case at this Home Depot. Two employees, Brittany and Antonio, went out of their way to be helpful to me. I was offered help and didn’t even need to ask for it. And they did so without making me feel like I was bothering them.

Key and Brandon, who both work in the Garden Center, made my day! They immediately came forward to offer assistance and were really friendly and nice!

the order process at the store was fine and competent. The 3rd party delivery and install was late and piecemeal and 1 of the appliances was never delivered. Homedepot systems are so poor that they could NOT even refund the missing appliance!?!

Jeremy (who works in the lumber department) is THE MOST helpful, considerate, and selfless employee I’ve ever met. He goes way beyond the standard of anyone I’ve met in the building. I will find him, even if he’s all the way across the building because I know he will treat me like royalty. That kid is going places.

David went above and beyond to assist me that wasn’t store related. He found my daughter cellphone yesterday while he was off . He contacted me when the alert was sent on her phone that it was lost. He brought it to work today and allowed me to retrieve it without losing any money trying to replace it. I really appreciate this

I always get good service at this Home Depot. Hard for me to go to a competitor's store.
