This store had always had friendly helpful employees.

I was assisted by Raymond and Betsy, and honestly, I’d probably try to recruit them both if they weren’t so loyal to Home Depot. Their customer service was perfect, efficient, knowledgeable, focused, and they took great care of me throughout the entire checkout experience. I also signed up for the rewards program and will be making sure to purchase all of my equipment from this store moving forward.

I wish everything was done in house rather than having other companies do measurements and install. If done in house I would have left the store with an appt rather than waiting for an outside company to contact me

Do you have a policy to not ask for id? You should change this policy. A thief used my credit card and made two very purchases no is was requested.

I'm a huge online shopper, but sometimes I can't wait for an item for a project I'm working on. I need it that day. Store was great! Super convenient, had items in stock, prices reasonable, very easy to get an associate, associate was very nice and helped me get what I needed. The item was in an encased section, they got me right up, check out an on my way with I'm minutes! Makes me with I lived closer!

Shopping for flooring for our rental. Alex at Arden Arcade took the time to explain the differences and features and benefits of your products. Did not pressure us but helped us make the right decisions. Very satisfied with our purchase and due to the great customer service who purchased a more expensive flooring. Thank you Alex you Rock! Abel and Rodney. Once installed we will stop by and show Alex a picture of the finished bedrooms projects!

It’s too often that I cannot return a newly bought product that is not found in your computer system very disappointing!

Replacing cashiers with self check-out is an outright detriment to the shopping experience. I can buy electrical wire for less than half of HD prices online even when shipping is added. Like all the rest the variety of product type, manufacturers are very narrow and specialty items items are relatively non-existent.

Put them together wrong. And I waited for two weeks after order was placed. Poor customer service.

Always happy with my purchases here and even more happy with the customer service! Johnny in the plumbing aisle is a saint!

An employee took me to exactly what I was looking for, and carried it to a wheeled cart.

This is more for the delivery guys Juan, Louis and the other rep whom I’m embarrassed to have forgotten their name. They were punctual, efficient and friendly. The checked everything and informed me of policies . Great service.

two guys that delivered our frig early, pleasant , and answer all off our questions should have a cape on like all superhero.

I went into your garden area and needed plants and soil. There was a young man that was extremely helpful and stayed with me throughout my shopping and then carried everything out to the car for me. Chatting with him he said how much he enjoyed his job and how well he is treated there.

Bad experienced on Howe Ave. and Madison Home Depot stores.

I would love to see this store get better. You have your pro desk and then you have 4 main cash registers and most of the time you would only have one or two of them open. Same with the self checkout only a few are open. The card readers at the employee register always has issues reading credit card..But the biggest problem with that store are the employees that just start throwing sheets of plywood around trying to find the perfect sheet and your units of lumber is always a disaster. I was helping one of your employees to organize one of the units so I can get the wrong stuff off the unit of 2x6 that I need. I asked him can’t you guys do anything and he told me no because if we say something they report him to the manager. Your manager needs to walk around and approach these people and tell them to stop messing the store up and to be curtsy for other customers trying to get materials also and if they can’t do that kick out of the store . Most people will straighten up. Because I’ve said it to a couple of guys doing it. Tossing the lumber around and I said aren’t you going to fix the pile so I can get what I need. At first one of them got an attitude and I said hey look we’re all in a hurry but this is ridiculous and it’s going to cost me a lot of time and money to fix your mess and they did

This particular location is my very favorite Home Depot store. There are other hardware stores closer to my home but they are not as good as this one. The selection of products here is excellent and I can almost always find what I need. The store clerks are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, they have 4 mobility scooters which is important to me because it is painful for me to walk far or to stand for long, and there is almost always a mobility scooter available.

Store is great. But the non staff parking lot people need to stop staring at people and making them feel uncomfortable. They walk by cars and look into them,

I met Chris in flooring to help me find couple of items I was unable to locate. What a great experience. Chris is amazing person with large personality and extremely friendly. He spent more than 10 minutes to walk me around through different idles to locate everything I needed. I came back again few hours later to look for a discontinued floor tile, this time he really surprised me by searching all options to find me the good match. I have never experienced such a great service at the THD!

I only shop at this store because it is a few blocks from my house, otherwise i would go somewhere else. I also ask the manager for help one day, she told me that she was too busy. Insane!!!

The delivery team in very un proffeshional, not friendly at all and are liars. They supposed to deliver 5 refrigerators to our Howe Ave site yesterday morning. they called me twice and than I spoke with one of the guys. Everything was ok, but they still decided not to deliver the items and said to reschedule. It was then Re scheduled for 3pm the same day but no one showed up. This is very unprofessional and unethical business practice. I wanted to speak to the deliveries supervisor but was told that i couldn't.

I came two days in a row. One day for Milwuakee Packout system, and the next for an M18 Milwuakee portable fan. Both times I was helped out by Adriana (pink hair). She went out of her way both days to find me the products that I was searching for, and she did it all with a genuine smile. This type of customer service is what makes a huge difference when searching for an item in a store. Excellent service. Love this HD!

Sergio M… Helped me… I never do Surveys but because of how helpful he was I am…I was looking for a electric caulking gun… we where in a hurry since the store was closing soon… having to look for the item on our own took up most of the time… Sergio seen us and helped us right away… he made sure we found our item… given that a lot of the tools are locked up he went above and beyond to searched for the item… we could tell Sergio M. really cared and he made sure we went home happy
