The reason I said I wouldn’t be likely to come back to the stores because I live in Hawaii and I was just visiting the area. I came into the store to get a respirator to help with the gas coming from the volcano on the big Island of Hawaii.

My latest trip to Home Depot was such a pleasant experience. I was greeted by several people as I entered, was offered help in several departments along the way, and the sale person found exactly what I needed, even though it was not in his department. Highly recommend this store for many of your household and garden needs, along with great appliances.

This is the cleanest Home Depot in the area. Employees are always helpful and willing to help out.

Staff in any department tend to be knowledgeable and really work to help me find solutions for my projects!

The associate in the tool department was definitely helpful. The product I was looking for was in stalk and easy to find.

Employees are available to help you. If you know what you want you can look it up online and it'll tell you exactly what aisle it's in.

I have been to most of the Home depot Stores in northern CA, and I have to say that this store has one of the best staff I have encountered anywhere. The pro sales is quick and friendly, even though they push so much volume on any given day. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and fast. Over the years I've built relationships with many familiar faces at this home depot and that is the reason why they will always have my business.

I've shopped at this Home Depot dozens of times. Products are high quality, prices are reasonable, and 99% of the time I find exactly what I need.

I MADE A MISTAKE AND WOULD LIKE TO CLEARFY......THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAY BEE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. SOMETIMES YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT WHEN THEY ARE HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS. OTHER WISE THE GUYS AND GALS ARE GREAT.

This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had at Home Depot. Dave in lumber helped find and load our supplies. He was a tremendous help. I feel much better about going to Home Depot now.

This store had excellent customer service and the products that I needed for work in my yard that I was doing myself. I was very satisfied with my experience and will return soon for more items that I need on my yard project.

While I have experienced nothing but the best service from individuals working in the store, there seems to be congestion at the Service Counter every-time, I've been in the store. Granted these people are working non-stop, and are always busy. I'm not sure what the answer is, but maybe an extension of the Service Counter, and more workers attending to customer needs, would probably be conducive. I'm a senior with a disability (MS), and standing in lines anywhere, is something that is beyond terrible for me, especially with a wait of 20-30+ minutes to have a question answered.

It is most standard when it comes to the big orange box store. Plenty of items to choose from.....but don't expect any associates to know how to help you. My most commonly heard response is "This isn't my department I will call someone to help you"........But nobody ever shows up. There is always an eager supply of sales people willing to chase you down the isles peddling "solar products" and "leaf guards". Heres a suggestion Home Depot....put an orange apron on those people and provide them with some training about products and you might see an increase in your average review.

Matt, in Lumber Dept, is an exemplary employee who should conduct customer assistance workshops for his fellow employees. When I went into the store yesterday, the greeter sent me to the last corner of the store to get the item I was looking for. I am 82 yrs old , handicapped ( walking,eyesight) and should not have attempted the walk to and from the furthest corner of the store. The greeter did not offer to get the item for me so I assumed that service was not available. I took a cart for support and went to where I was directed to go. Item not there. No one in the next 3 aisles. Finally, about to faint, I reached Matt. He sat me down, asked if I needed medical help, got me a water, stayed with me until I was better. Got me the item. Helped me look for another item , looked it up on HD website . Stayed with me at least 1/2 hr. Discretely followed me until I was out to my car to ensure I was safe and had what I needed. Wonderful, smart person. He is all about Customer Safety and Service.

This store was clean and fully stocked.I was having trouble finding a few items but i noticed a worker Kirk from Garden Dept.walking around &asked him for help.Kirk went above &beyond to help me find all the products &supplies on my list i needed ,we went through countless isles searching for everything that i would need to complete my bathroom remodel project and i am a very satisfied customer.Also Ellen that also works in the Garden Dept.was extremely friendly &helpful at checkout as well.She was my cashier &she helped find me a few discounts with store coupons.

I have visited several locations in the Sacramento and Yuba City area. This is the cleanest store and has some of the most helpful employees. There is one employee at Truxel that is as helpful, but this location all the employees are helpful.

I always shop at this Home Depot. It is convenient and close to my home. They always have helpful staff and people willing to help me load up my car! They always have my home repair needs and are always helpful in helping me find them!

The layout of the products is logical and the employees are top notch.

I most liked the employees attention and willingness to help. I had trouble locating an item, rather than tell me where to look, they led me right to where I needed to go. The store is clean and easy to navigate, with well designed aisles and shelves. It is a great store, and has everything you need for a small DIY project, or a major building job!

I have spent $134,000 this year alone. This cashier (Vera Cvetich) is the quickest and most professional cashier I have seen at Home Depot. Please hire more people like her!!.
