I want to give a huge thank you to Isabella and Shaunte for their outstanding support and compassion during an issue my family had been dealing with since October 29th, 2025. I purchased a Frigidaire stove from Home Depot on October 16th for my mom’s new home. The installation tech connected the gas and everything seemed fine—until my mom tried to use the oven. The entire house filled with gas. We immediately called the gas company, terrified it was a line leak. Thankfully it wasn’t the line, but the stove itself was defective. From that day forward, we went through weeks of frustration with the warranty company, who eventually told us the replacement part wouldn’t arrive until February. Meanwhile, my 65-year-old parents had to eat out every single day because they couldn’t safely cook. Finally, when we contacted the store directly, Isabella and Shaunte stepped in like true lifesavers. They listened to our situation, acted quickly, and made sure a brand-new stove was approved, ordered, and scheduled for delivery on December 19th—just in time for the holidays. Because of them, my mom and dad will finally be able to cook in their own kitchen again and enjoy a holiday meal at home. Their professionalism, urgency, kindness, and follow-through truly turned a stressful, months-long situation into a positive experience. These ladies went above and beyond, and I appreciate them more than I can express. Thank you, Isabella and Shaunte, for restoring our peace, our kitchen, and our holiday season.

Oralia at the Pro desk was super helpful finding my merchandise and even saved me a trip by including items I forgot about.

I want to take a moment to recognize Isabella, a supervisor at Home Depot, for going above and beyond to help me when no one else would. I am a Pro customer that shops there all the time. I have issues with customer service desk—especially the morning staff—was unhelpful and had a poor attitude, Isabella completely turned my experience around. She approached me saying hi and asking if I needed help which I rarely get. She was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. Isabella took the time to listen, offered to show me where I needed the product , and made sure everything was handled properly before I left. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile these days, and she absolutely did. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like Isabella—she’s the definition of excellent customer service and true leadership! I do not see why Isabella is not an assistant store manager or even a store manager! Give that girl a praise and a raise for helping customers like that!

I I bought a refrigerator it malfunction within 2 days all of my food spoil and I was not compensated for the spoilage of the food even though I had a 5-year extended warranty

Kay Kay provided the best customer service, patience, and product knowledge I’ve ever received from any retail establishment. Whoever needs to hear this needs to pay her more money before I come back and hire her to run the customer relations sector for my organization! Certainly a gem! Home Depot you have a star on your hands! Keep up the great work, Kay Kay! Also it was the hottest day of the year and she was the coolest part of the experience. No attitude. No Fuss. The employees will and have went beyond to help me when I’m there

This location is NOT a home improvement store but a clown school. No one knows anything here. Everyone hides from you. Good luck finding help in the garden section. Everyone is either getting high or too busy pitching woo to each other. You can't even ask a simple question like where are the batteries? You will get an answer like: i don't work in this department, I'm new, or one of my favorite we don't sell batteries.

There’s a cashier there her name is Karen every time I go into that store I always get in her line because she’s not only helpful she’s very pleasant and that’s something that I appreciate

I was looking for something in the store and no one ever came to help or ask me if i need anything, the service is very bad at this location, isles were dirty and dusty, looks like nobody cares about the store being safe or clean.

Recently purchased all the paint we needed for fencing and deck, Behr paint is the best of all, and received great service in the paint department on the date of purchase.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a store I had three Employees that didn’t even offer to help me while I was struggling with a big big 5 gallon thing of paint. I had to ask, and then they still don’t even follow through

Everyone in this store is confused and don’t know there work title or skills required to work in the position. Tried to order a customized door with no luck.

Lack of communication!

I have been a contractor many years and only shop at this store and lately have stopped because of changes that are being made at the store. Today I literally left the store to go to a competitor and Jose Saucedo stopped me to talk to me and had me come back into the store and purchase everything there. His always happy and helpful and just a great person I really wish he would be the store manager and I think other customers would agree. You want to spend your money where you are appreciated and just keep coming back.

The AA lady in customer service had a very bad attitude and was extremely rude to my husband! The manager immediately believed her employee and never asked my husband what happened. The manager was unprofessional and just as rude! Will NEVER shop at this location again!

I love The Home Depot, especially the one on 1919 N. Cicero Chicago, IL. This specific location to me just has everything I need, employees are really helpful, and everything is well organised and easy to access. I will continue to shop here for the rest of my life! Thank you!!
