I shop at Home Depot frequently, there services have improved a lot over last 10 years

The employees at the arrowhead ranch store on W. Barron Dr. in Glendale were extremely friendly and very helpful. There were a lot of staff working and available when I went in around noon, and I think every single one of them thanked me and said to have a good day. Made me smile.

Probably the best person you have working there. She's top tier and definitely knows her stuff

I enjoy shopping at the Arrowhead Home Depot. Whenever I have to make a major purchase of appliances, flooring, lighting, plumbing and things of that nature, I always ensure that I make an appointment with Debbie Hernandez. She is my point of contact whenever I need high priced items, complicated upgrades and advice and technical support regarding my homes personal needs. I can tell you that I enjoy dealing with Debbie Hernandez because she has integrity, professionalism, and a proper demeanor for customer service. She steers me in the right direction and I’m always satisfied since she keeps my interest in mind. She always returns my calls when I have questions and she always upbeat and never gives the impression of being an inconvenience. She provides feedback and direct me accordingly to products and merchandise without reservation to ensure that would it would incorporate nicely into my Home.

I have been shopping here since 1992 when I moved into the house here. I can always catch someone to answer questions and help find what I am looking for. Everyone I come into contact with there are more than willing to help me. I don't use the self check outs and so far have been able to check out in either the garden center or the PRO cash register. That Home Depot is my first place to shop whenever I need something they sell!

I only needed a battery and Bob from the Lumber department was extremely helpful. He took me to the batteries and gave me what I wanted. Even with such a small purchase, I received extremely professional service.

Dan and Scott at the Pro desks are the best! They are always so eager and willing to help solve any problem, it make shopping at the location stress free and EASY!

The store was super clean. The isles were a little tight for the one handicap cart they had in the store, but I was able to get around enough to get things I needed. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in a Home Depot or any store there are no carts in many places so I don’t shop much anymore

The new hires are unwilling and are typical beta males and DEI.

Mary went above and beyond to help me find a tool I was looking for. It’s also not the first time I noticed how helpful she is. Customer Service still exists!

I have come to this location many times. Every time I have a question I receive help. Had a toilet issue - John was great - gave me information about possible issues causing the problem and we got it figured out using information he had given us. Needed a new water heater. Plumber company wanted over $6,000! Found the same WH at Home Depot online and came down to the store to ask questions. They immediately put me on the line with Delta Mechanical and we got the job lined up - paid $2,600 total. They really have saved me some cash and haven't yet met any employee who wasn't helpful.

The customer service is awesome. Karen went far and beyond to help me, even though she was clocking out. The store is extremely clean and well organized!

Why do I have to buy items online to get the best price, then waste your store's time and labor, and my time and labor, waiting for the items to be pulled, when I can save everybody money and just get them myself. It makes absolutely no sense.

I haven't been in a Home Depot for several months and I've never been to the Arrowhead Ranch store in AZ. So I am somewhat uncertain as to what to say in this review for what you say was my shopping trip to the Arrowhead Ranch Store on 07/12/2024. Based on my previous trips to Home Depot stores (at least in northern California), I can only guess that I was in fact able to find what I went shopping for in some indeterminate amount of time. I can only pretend to know what my next imaginary trip to Home Depot will be like. But there WILL be cake. And trombones.

I did have several issues with the associates working on the floor, this is not the best store you can deal with

This location is our go-to. Always well stocked, clean and seems a perfect number of folks to help point a shopper in the right direction. Today we were assisted by Michelle K who made our complex check out a breeze - friendly and efficient!!

I greatly appreciate the staff at this store. Both Miss Terri’s, Julie in painting, Frank in Plumbing, and the Customer Service Manager who excels at leading her team.

I'm in a particularly tough situation with a repair in my home that's taking very long to get resolved with the insurance company and Nancy is so knowledgeable about all the products and all of the considerations for preparing to do a massive remodel on our first floor. If you have any doubts about flooring, countertops, cabinets, Etc go see Nancy. She's a consummate professional and a joy to work with.

One of the best experiences I have had at a home Depot. Shanae went above and beyond.
