This is my home store and I've been shopping here for years. My last visit I purchased 16 sets of window blinds and Noah made sure that my blind order was ready for me at pickup. He also went above a Beyond to make sure the blinds that weren't in stock or at another store for me to pick up.

Helped me find a better deal on a product that was on sale. Thanks for the hook up!

Dan at pro desk is a wealth of knowledge and makes sure I have what I need for all my projects! He even called to let me know I have earned perks from being a PRO member. Who does not like free money! This is why I drive out of my way to shop at Arrowhead Home Depot!

We ordered a security door and paid for installation. The door is nice and The Home Depot staff was great. Unfortunately, the door installation also required some trim work to be redone. The installer was pleasant, but the end result didn't seem worth the $600 we paid. There were large gaps at joints that were filled (not well) with caulk and the top trim piece was left with about a 1/2-inch gap between the wood and the house. I had to repair it myself. The other gaps were filled with caulk, but poorly finished. Also the door is tan with a black screen and the door hardware is bronze, but the installation hardware is silver, which stands out and looks terrible. I have to figure out how to remove the one-way screws so I can replace them with something that looks right with the door. Pretty frustrating for $2,000.

I needed special project help hanging a mirror and the lumbar associates (incl Alex) took the time to help.

The shopping was fine but, the item was missing a component. I had this 80% put together when I realized that it was missing the arms. I called customer service and was told o had to disassemble and return it. She even giggled after. Then told me to return it and get a new one. Unbelievable, I spent a couple hours putting it up and taking it apart. They could have just opened one up and given me the missing arm pieces.

Megan approached me and asked if I needed assistance. She walked me to the products and answered all my questions. What a great experience compared to other stores I shop!

The store is clean and the staff is friendly, and very helpful. What more can you ask for. They are doing great.

As always, the employees there are always happy to help with a smile on their faces.

Home Depot is definitely my go-to place. Especially the arrowhead location on 59th in North Glendale. Fantastic customer service and assistance basically from all the employees. I've dealt with the customer service manager multiple times. He has been very helpful. Not sure what his name is but he has black hair.

Maria and Zach (Management) are extremely friendly, courteous, and treated my exchange situation with respect and empathy. It’s rare to feel “taken care of” with humility and these two really knocked it out of the park. Thank you for your kindness!

We bought a range and Microwave last night. Iyanah C was so helpful with our purchase. It was close to closing time but it make Iyanah C rush through the process. Today we went appliance shopping and Nancy in the department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made this trip quick and easy and found us exactly what we were looking for.

Constantly going to the Home Depot for every need. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always there to help every detail I need! From the pro desk to customer service, I have yet to meet one employee that hasn’t been so kind and wonderful in my experience with the Home Depot! The store always has everything I need, and someone ready to help you meet your end goals!

Refreshing my yard these last six weeks and have been to this Home Depot a lot lately. I’ve had great service from Jenni in Garden Center, Carson and Mike in wood and Greg, cashier. Friendly, helpful and polite employees make Home Depot a better place!!!

Brought family to Home Depot to buy a number of items. Harris at the check out was so outstanding, he provided great customer service to my two boys (age 5 and 3). He went above and beyond and was so friendly. He created life long Fans in Home Depot and his excellent service should be applauded. Thank you Harris!

Had a great visit to pick up lumber and a new kitchen faucet. I loved the selection for both! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Great experience all around, and will definitely return to this location.

I attend this workshop with my kid in Chicago and Atalanta as well, the unique thing about this was Randy, Mary and Sharon who were available all the time and helped with paint, brush and guidance in completing the bird house

Love that they don't have all their spray paints locked up so you can grab what you need without having to track someone down to hold your hand while you pick out what you need

Appreciate this Home Depot staff. They don't make you feel like you have a shortcoming if you own a house but don't know how to fix something, nor know what tool I need. Great store. Kris in the Grout and Sealer aisle... great, pleasant and knowledgeable guy.
