Jeff D. At store #0475 in department 21 (lumber) was an amazing help for me. I have a pregnant dog and I wanted to build her a custom whelping box instead of just using cardboard. Jeff helped me pick out some great pine and he cut them to perfect size. Then he got me brackets to attach them, wood for the bottom with foam padding and indoor/outdoor carpeting. He got me the right size drywall screws, plus some motion detector lights for the top. He was awesome and he is a dog owner as well so he really understood why I was putting so much money and time into this box. Here’s some photos of it from early on to the finished product.

I went in to fix some drywall knowing nothing about it at all. I had nothing and this employee (Mike Williamson) helped me get everything I needed. I was able to get the job done ( going back to get the paint today) on my own and it turned out great.

I wanted a firepit that wasn't in stock at the store. The sales person actually looked it up online for me to verify what I wanted from my description. She then did the order for me, and explained everything as she answered my questions.

Bought a garage door opener with installation. Installer was supposed to call in 3 - 5 business days to schedule installation. Haven't heard from the installer (one week today), called Home Depot, they said they'd tried to contact the installer but haven't heard from them either. HD said they'd try to contact them and let me know. So..... I wait.

Extremely happy on the flooring and how it turned out. They all help each other out in the flooring department, All of them in flooring want a happy customer!’ We will return

A young lady in the return department, she was so kind and so friendly to me and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. I thought that was really cool. Kudos to her.

Home Depot sells cordless mini-blinds which are junk. You won't be able to raise or lower the blinds after a few months, they break regularly and you will be going back to the HD to replace these expensive blinds every few months. Avoid HD's mini-blinds, all of them.

I shop all my hobby-business related items from this store. However, there is at least one item that this store doesn’t carry, which is available in HD stores in other states (NJ). It would be great if this item was available here. 2.7 mm 4x8 Utility Plywood 1008-039-110.

I've bought 8 standard window 2" white cordless mini-blinds from Home Depot. They last about 3 to 6 months, then you have to replace them. They're awful. They're cheap crap. and they're expensive.

This store has been great! Always has helpful staff and wide selection of merchandise.

This location is the best Home Depot on the north side of Phoenix. Friendly helpful staff and always plenty of good parking.

Tried to purchase irrigation parts and some shelving. Was told I had to go all the way down to shelving on the other side of the store from in lumber, where I found what I needed. The people working in lumber avoided contact with customers as if specifically not wanting to help them. The person working in the plumbing section didn’t know anything about the material on the shelves.

Customer service is always top notch for my many samples needed to try and match old paint so we can sell our house. Such a pain, but these girls make it painless! Much thanks to them!

I over purchased tile for my house. I also waited past the 90 day return window to return so I loaded up 1.5 pallets of tile and brought it back to the store and received Store Credit, as is stated in the policy. Using the Store Credit to make other online purchases proved to be a bit of a challenge as it must be an unusual request but I had the pleasure of working with a few managers and supervisors that knew just how to ring up my online purchases. Every one needs to learn this skill and I had some other employees that would stand and watch as those that did know what to do could teach them. They all were so friendly and helpful. When shopping the employees were very nice. I also had to return one item a few days later and the employee was very nice. Made my return easy.

Your app always crashes, won't link pro account, credit services options alway get redirected. The app is garbage.

staff are very helpful finding items in store. staff are offering $25 Home Depot gift card for completing in store water quality survey, but be advised that I found out later the gift card is only given if customer agrees to in home sales presentation of home water treatment system, not for doing the in store survey. That should be clarified by staff doing the survey. I told the staff doing the survey that I had a home water treatment system before and was not interested in another one before he started the survey but he still asked if i would do survey so i obliged and gave my feedback. Later someone called and wanted to schedule an in-home sales presentation and deliver the gift card but I politely declined as I am not interested as I stated to the other staff person.

I am in that store often. I do a lot of gardening and am always in need of some kind of supplies. Home Depot has been my go to store for over 30 years. There have been very few complaints from me over all those years. Just wish they had clearances on their plants.

Four different employees were helping me at different times through the entire purchase. One of them I believe was a department manager, and she got halfway through the sale and got up and walked away never saying a word and left another gentleman to finish the sale and he didn’t have any idea what was going on, but he did an incredible job And he also got the credit for my sale. This gentleman should be a department head or manager because it was the manager or department head that walked away from the sale not cool not cool at all.

Only go there if you don’t need anyone/ help because the store manager has obviously trained the staff to run and hide from helping any customers!!

Lee Van Acker was great from the start of a semi large window order. From the greet, explaining the options. preparing the quotes we requested. To closing and making the sale. Great job John Hall

I shop at Home Depot frequently, there services have improved a lot over last 10 years

The employees at the arrowhead ranch store on W. Barron Dr. in Glendale were extremely friendly and very helpful. There were a lot of staff working and available when I went in around noon, and I think every single one of them thanked me and said to have a good day. Made me smile.

Probably the best person you have working there. She's top tier and definitely knows her stuff

I enjoy shopping at the Arrowhead Home Depot. Whenever I have to make a major purchase of appliances, flooring, lighting, plumbing and things of that nature, I always ensure that I make an appointment with Debbie Hernandez. She is my point of contact whenever I need high priced items, complicated upgrades and advice and technical support regarding my homes personal needs. I can tell you that I enjoy dealing with Debbie Hernandez because she has integrity, professionalism, and a proper demeanor for customer service. She steers me in the right direction and I’m always satisfied since she keeps my interest in mind. She always returns my calls when I have questions and she always upbeat and never gives the impression of being an inconvenience. She provides feedback and direct me accordingly to products and merchandise without reservation to ensure that would it would incorporate nicely into my Home.

I have been shopping here since 1992 when I moved into the house here. I can always catch someone to answer questions and help find what I am looking for. Everyone I come into contact with there are more than willing to help me. I don't use the self check outs and so far have been able to check out in either the garden center or the PRO cash register. That Home Depot is my first place to shop whenever I need something they sell!
